杭州酒家給人一種懷舊的情懷,牆上掛着好多老闆和客人的合照,相信是美食把他們吸引到此。朋友未到齊我哋先吃了一份「杭州素鵝」味道獨特,將干腐皮加入調味料做成,這個鹹中有甜,顏色金黃的素鵝非常入味而且做得好細緻。冷盤「醉乳鴿」是比較大隻的乳鴿,份量很多,酒香肉嫩,齒頰留香,可以多人分享。「富貴雙方」好有驚喜,甜鹹俱備的蜜汁火瞳片加上脆卜卜的炸腐皮和軟綿綿的麵餅,將火腿和炸腐皮夾在麵餅中,一口咬下有多種層次,口感豐富,超正。「東坡肉+ 薄餅」入口即化,肉香味道濃郁,份量不多,一起品嘗。「糯米蓮藕」甜美鬆糯又精緻。「鮮肉小籠包」皮比較厚而且肉汁不多,有點失望。最後還加了「生爆鱔背」和「杭州炒麵」,豐富美味的一餐。
