Dinner with friends at this lovely restaurant/butcher shop. Honestly, hard to go wrong here. This is our second time and I really enjoy the concept of half store/half restaurant. Dinner with friends at this lovely restaurant/butcher shop. Honestly, hard to go wrong here. This is our second time and I really enjoy the concept of half store/half restaurant. Sure it may sound a bit odd especially since it’s all one area, but it really works well and it’s all very comfortable.

Service can be hit or miss but what’s not in HK?? We came earlier than our reservation and wanted to have drinks but no one came by to offer us water! We had to ask for a wine menu. They also forgot my second side but they removed it from the bill once I told them to forget it.

The concept of you choosing your meat at the butcher counter is very cool. You tell them which item you want, how you want it cooked, what sides and toppings you want with it. So unless you pick something you don’t enjoy, it’s hard to go wrong! They cook it perfectly.

Overall a very enjoyable meal with delicious food. A consistent place to get that carnivore craving satisfied. (Can be pricey but depends upon which item you’re choosing!) Set the bar high on taste and low on service!
