元朗教育路一帶一向都多好野食今晚就去左新開嘅天澗居酒屋一入去已經好似去左日本咁 裝修好有特式食物質素高又唔貴 服務仲好好 值得寫番篇介紹下和風刺身沙律刺身有角切三文魚、油甘魚同三文魚籽加埋和風醬汁沙律菜 做頭盤一流特上壽司盛十二款呢個係冇特定嘅款由廚師發辦安排當日最靚最新鮮嘅壽司介紹幾件我最難忘嘅:金目鯛輕輕火炙過 同時食到魚油香同魚肉嘅彈性江戶前玉子燒好鬆軟 好似食緊蛋糕咁海膽好甘甜 完全冇腥味大拖羅勁肥美 完全入口即溶好幸福呀鰻魚玉子燒軟滑多汁 中間夾左鰻魚肉 口感好豐富田樂炸豆腐豆腐炸得超脆 上面搽滿甜味噌再用火燒 好特別值得一試什錦天婦羅炸衣厚薄啱啱好 炸蝦爽彈 炸蠔會爆汁 好正燒牛舌用左牛舌芯 所以食落好軟滑彈牙本身搽左燒汁去燒 旁邊嘅醬唔洗點都夠晒味自家黑松露忌廉餅炸皮勁脆入面嘅忌廉薯茸超幼滑 如果黑松露再多啲就完美喇石鍋鵝肝飯細細個石鍋好似飯碗嘅份量淋上甜豉油即刻炸炸聲超級香呀飯吸左鵝肝嘅油 仲有少少飯焦 呢個真係必食最後飲埋呢個用左十幾種魚煲嘅鮮魚湯好滿足呀
