Dai pai dong is always my favorite place to go because all the food got "wok hey" which I think it is unusual to eat at fine dining or fast food restaurant. ChorLand Cookfood Stall has a few branches and this time we visited their Sai Wan Branch. We went at 8pm on Tuesday night and it was quite full.

We ordered three dishes.
🌽: We ordered fried corn with salted egg sauce. I love how they made the corn. Slightly salty with a hint of salted egg flavor.

🍖: The portion of trotter was huge. The skin was crispy with a bit of smoky flavor. It costs $159 which we think it was totally fair.

🍤: HAAA we are salted egg lovers so we ordered fried shrimp with salted egg flavor. There was some oatmeal on top. Great texture!

We have visited this restaurant for a few times and the standard of food remain unchanged!
