To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於油麻地廣東道嘅印度咖喱屋，一直係心心念念想去嘗試嘅餐廳。今日終於的起心肝去試下，果然冇令我失望！迎賓食物：好特別嘅薄脆 最特別係個醬有點辣，有點田園風味，仲有薄荷嘅香氣。牛油層層脆餅好有油香，脆得黎，好有小麥甜味皇室古法燴羊羊肉好難得係淋得黎有彈性，唔會係碎濕濕個個咖喱香料味好重，好濃郁，好香滑，仲有一絲絲嘅辣，同羊肉既配搭簡直係相得益彰。香料芝士海綿甜奶：口感真係好似海綿🧽，仲有個廚房自製嘅甜椰奶，甜而不膩。一個食得無負擔的甜品。😜總括嚟講，餐廳選擇非常多，總有一款啱食，店員亦都非常親切，時不時會行過嚟睇吓你有咩需要，又問你好唔好食，值得再encore！💪🏼
