To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

What you see here is an assorted dish of 5 different vegetarian appetizers🥢 and 4 pots of vegetarian shark fin soup.🥣
The assorted dish consists of 5 different VEGAN FOOD😋, there were greenbean noodles & beancurds in sesame sauce.(which thinly sliced beancurds were used instead of shredded chicken.)
Other than that, they have the braised tofu cubes🍞, stir-fried cordyceps militaris with mushrooms and beans🥡, pan-fried beancurd rolls🌯 and deep-fried sliced mushrooms🍄😍😍.
I'm not gonna lie, the pan-fried beancurd rolls and the fried mushrooms were sooo OUTSTANDING tho!😍 The beancurd rolls were wrapped with finely sliced carrots, cabbage and mushrooms, so greasy but yet soo crispy and savory!🤩🤤🤤 The deep-fried sliced mushrooms were crispy and crunchy. The sliced mushrooms were first dehydrated before the frying process, and that's what makes it crunchy on the inside😛. After the mushrooms were freshly fried, the chef glazed them with brown sugar and sprinkled with sesame. Making it sweet and luscious!🤤 (Couldn't help with my chopsticks keep wandering around the table🤣🥢🥢🥢.)
For the vegetarian shark fin soup, nothing much to say about. The soup was made with soo many ingredients, like vermicelli noodles, mushrooms, cloud ear fungus and other veggies.👻👻 Warms up the tummy as an appetizer~
Even though these vegetarian dishes were made with similar ingredients, but how the chef could create all these unique dishes were just simply amazing!🤩🤩
