To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 而家聖誕節完咗，又未到新年，中間呢幾日真係好有放假Mood，呢個星期六早起身，就想去食個brunch，朋友今日竟然有提議，話想去尖沙咀呢間餐廳，佢話呢間餐廳以前同同事去過食飯同飲嘢，覺得唔錯，知道佢哋最近出咗新嘅brunch menu，所以就想帶我去試吓，結果真係好有驚喜，覺得好好食！呢度嘅裝修都幾特別，有種英倫風格，其實都有好多打卡位，如果同女仔朋友嚟，應該會影一輪先可以開始食嘢。今日我地要左一個brunch set，配埋前菜同餐湯，加埋煮食都係$168，都幾抵食，今日嘅前菜係煙三文魚風乾火腿拼盤，我哋仲特登加咗$38要個法式龍蝦湯，主菜就要咗香煎澳洲羊架，呢個都要加$20，但真係抵食嘅，因為羊架好腍身，煎得好好，佢呢度嘅貶意粉亦都整得好入味，口感完全係al dente，而且好香蒜油味。另外就要咗佢個weekend signature platter，$298，如果加埋兩小時法國汽酒無限添飲，都係$98一位，相對嚟講做一個girls bubbly brunch都幾好，下次一定要約埋姐妹一齊嚟。weekend signature platter都有好多多款嘢食，例如帶子牛角酥、鵝肝薯仔
