最斥常常吃日式鐵板燒,吃了好多間,但我最推介上環的ENISHI!!! 廳是由日本大廚開店,特別地道,特別正宗。人人都知,日本人對煮食好有要求,一生懸命的理念,自然比其他人煮得勁好食。而且大廚親切又識英文,溝通起來都好容易。 晚市只有一個套餐,廚師發辦8道菜式,好豐富的!原本大廚的故鄉是新瀉,所以菜式都有新瀉米㗎! 先有新鮮的油甘魚,魚肉好肥美。 一百分的蟹料理,上面有蟹籽、鮮甜的蟹肉,下層是蒸蛋,每一啖都好奢侈呀! 大廚說,卷物會不時轉換,我們這次吃白蝦春卷,有時就會吃燒賣和餃子,好有中菜特色。 北海道鮑魚好新鮮,在枱上時不時郁動,好生猛。鮑魚勁鮮勁彈力,好入味。 a5和牛牛柳,油脂含量啱啱好,不會太過油膩。我最怕油份高的牛肉,這件就啱啱好啦😆。 和牛煲仔飯真心勁好食🤤!超級高質!牛脂充分融入飯中,加上醬油香,拌匀後好好食,大家仲可以再追加一碗㗎! 甜品是哈蜜瓜雪糕,用日本水果,當然無得輸!
