I was so excited and immediately went to try out the new branch. The first impression of the restaurant was that it aims to be a more family friendly restaurant comparing to the Central branch. However it does not mean the quality was compromised at all. When looking at pasta section, the Maltagliati Duck Ragout 🦆🍝immediately caught my eye and I ordered it feeling adventurous. The home made pasta was cooked until al dente and the shape of Maltagliati definitely gave an ordinary ragout pasta some novelty. The sauce rich that it sticked to the pasta and ensure you taste all the flavours in the dish. This pasta is definitely something that you should check out if you have not tried before.
