The udon is pretty beautiful too, it was very thin and delicate. It goes so well with the clear cold broth. I think they added a little grapefruit into the mintaiko to make the broth extra refreshing but I’m not very big on fruit on soup, so I got rid of it😛The overall experience was satisfying and I do enjoy Inaniwa udon but I like ordinary udon better, cos I like my udon chewy😊
