My friend lives in Sai Kung and she said this Thai restaurant has the best noodles ever! So today before we went for a hike, she took me there to try the amazing noodle soup. It is actually called " salty pork noodles". The pork pieces were deep fried therefore they were very crispy. They were also meaty and tender. The noodles were soft. My friend told me to add some of their special spicy sauce, it turned out to be very delicious!
