Dinner. Seated at bar counter.Here’s what we had. Sashimi platter: mackerel, hamachi, Uni, squid, sea bream Eggplant in dashi (cold dish)Thin white noodles with clams and uni. Loved the broth: sweet Fig covered with thick miso sauce, which was too much and too strong.
