Yum cha with the family. Was quite put off when we arrived cos of the low wooden ceiling, the table behind us was making a racket, and their noises kept echoing in my ears. The manager was friendly, said the chef was hired from some Macau Michelin restaurant. He highly recommended the freshly caught 油浸筍殼魚。Not normally a fan of 蝦餃, but this was definitely one of the best I’ve tasted.
