To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇嚟九龍城,變化了不少。來到九龍城,當然要食泰國菜,這間泰國菜館跟燒烤crossover,一於試試。提起泰國菜,不得不試生蝦刺生。泰式生蝦刺生是我至愛食品之一,蝦肉鮮甜,配上泰式醬汁,將生蝦的鮮味提升了不少。夏日炎炎,生蝦刺生是一個不錯的選擇。媽媽愛吃金邊粉,所以也不能少了它。用料十足,炒得恰到好處,再加上花生碎,又香又可口。平日吃的桂花魚,通常比較細條,這裡的明爐桂花魚size比較大,但魚肉仍能保持嫩滑鮮甜,加入香檸汁,酸酸甜甜的,很開胃可口。平日吃泰國菜,咖喱也是必吃食品之一,今之一於試試這裡的咖喱法包軟殼蟹,軟殼蟹是去殼食品,不用處理蟹殼,可以大塊朵頤,好味!挑空法包後,肉藏充滿咖喱的蔬菜,咖喱的香氣充滿整個法包,既不會浪費了咖喱汁,又不需要另外叫碗白飯來吃。既然餐廳強調是燒烤屋,當然也要試試燒烤類的食物。蟶子皇大大隻,用蒜蓉調味連殼燒,既有燒烤的香味,又保存海鮮的鮮甜。最驚喜的食物莫過於是這個西冷牛小排,用安格斯牛肉,肉質較腍,燒烤火喉一流,外面香脆,卻不失牛的鮮、甜、香,我和姐姐都讚不絕口,這個燒安格斯西冷牛小排絕對超值。將椰皇原個起肉,但又不能弄破,便成為這個椰青波波球
