To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一係Owen考試最後一日，一家三口去元氣食壽司食返餐好。　　我地８點去到都唔駛等位，可能係平日同天氣凍。　呢個舖係新開（只係搬左去隔離舖位），裝修新淨，員工好勤快。一家三口叫左三round都係食左520蚊。　除喻生壽司外，佢ｏ既咋物都好好味，我地ｏ個一點左個芝士年糕同魷魚鬚，兩樣都係即咋，好香脆又唔油膩，仲有我起愛ｏ既三文魚頭湯，好足料，至於魚生方面，樣樣都好新鮮，價錢亦合理，會再去呀。
