From the look of the photos, the portion for both was really paltry, compared to Hong Kong size. Even though the price was only $20+, but it look like kid's meal. Chicken wine noodles taste not bad, we could really taste the wine being absorbed by the chicken. But the meat was quite little and tough. As for the crab roe noodle, being their recommended dish i was abit disappointed. It was very oily and i need to drink a lot of water to drain off those oil after that.

一般茶餐廳格局蟹黃墨魚餅撈麵, $45, 上檯, 賣相也不差喎. 還洒了些少蔥心, 三件墨魚餅, 夠彈口, 表面煎得微微燶, 夠香口, 但墨魚肉味道不足. 蟹黃, 算落足, 一堆放面, 未算十分香的蟹黃味, 但質感補夠, 食落仍然十分香, 可能加了咸蛋黃.麵身不及香港, 尚算彈牙, 但明顯不夠爽口.凍奶茶, 自己加糖水, 鐘意幾淡幾甜都得, 香港幾時可以有呀??

入口, 牛筋腩炆得稔淋。牛筋淋中有勁, 咬下有彈性, 不是那種炆得很久而成半溶的狀態。水晶狀筋件晶瑩, 只咖哩香料味道豐富, 帶明顯辣味, 但略嫌中間心位未夠入味。反之, 牛腩卻是更淋更入味, 與濃而深沉的咖哩醬汁融合一起。咖哩醬汁充滿香料, 感覺非港式黃羌粉為基的; 也非如馬來亞椰汁椰漿為引的; 可是味道也不與印度咖哩相約。感覺似是緬甸式, 以粉狀香料為主, 如紅椒粉, 咖哩粉, 黃羌粉, 桂葉, 五香粉等煮成, 色略帶深啡, 口感粉狀多於洋蔥粒狀。牛腩入口稔淋而帶肉類彈性, 件件牛腩口感, 還帶有肉香及脂肪香, 感覺不錯。只是覺得整體辣度比我初次來吃時少了一點, 嗜辣的狂徒可能會有點失望, 但這樣的辣度依然會讓你大汗直流, 挺爽的。

蟹黃撈麵, 不獨是這家新龍專美, 牛記也有不錯水平的。不難理解澳門從前是個細細小小的海港埠, 螃蟹梳子蟹多的是, 也曾一度是名產, 所以用上蟹粉來做街坊菜式, 一點也不稀奇。只是除第一次吃了那種震撼感覺後, 基本上也沒有太大的驚喜歡。

蛋麵爽滑有彈性, 但是蟹黃梅香而多油。入口帶油膩感, 但蟹黃鮮香味強。麵質爽彈, 加上黃油與蟹黃的梅質, 兩者角力, 似是拖曳感多於爽勁, 感覺有點滯口。

拍檔點上的是個鯪魚餅飯, 鯪魚餅, 墨魚餅這些東西在澳門的街坊食肆十分普遍。而且食才也十分靈活, 劣蒸炒, 有汁無汁都可。豐富的, 可以混上臘肉臘味; 風味的, 可以加上香茅亁蔥。

這個鯪魚餅是先煎後蒸, 然後加上豉油。鯪魚味道十足, 用料亦夠, 不過未算夠力充足。入口略淋, 但依然結實成形, 不會散開。加上些豉油點綴, 更能引出魚肉的鮮香。簡單而平靜, 味道直接以爭鮮。

餐廳用料足本, 用上原個鹹檸再加上西檸片, 嚴格來說是一杯"龍鳳檸七"。先將原個的鹹檸打開, 再壓碎檸檬片, 加入少許七喜將之攪勻, 然後再加滿。七喜甜度加上鹹檸的鹹香, 形成一個複雜的甜鹹酸平衡, 味道很好, 而且還可解渴。

The crab roe was really nice but too salty, the taste of crab was as its max, but after I finished it there was so much orange oil left on the plate so it is not very healthy.
It was pretty cheap for MOP23 which is approximately HKD$23.

As well as the noodles with crab roe, I was looking forward to this too because of the silkie chicken in hua dao wine.
The wine taste was lovely and strong and the noodles did not have the alkaline taste.
It would be great the chicken was not so bony.

又是另一間旅遊書介紹的食店,這裡的蟹黃麵便宜得來質素又不錯,於是便來試一試。這個蟹黃麵的份量不算太多,作為下午茶就剛好,不會吃得太飽而吃不下其他澳門美食。蟹黃的味道鹹鮮,撈起麵來吃剛好,加上一點蔥花來提味,配合煮得彈牙的麵條,這個下午茶十分不錯。唯一不好的地方是這裡不太易找到,不過亦可因為這樣才不至弄得人頭湧湧,要等很久才有得吃。

新龍記的位置一點也不難找,店家正正位於紅街市的斜對面。門外沒有大排長龍,店內只是一般茶餐廳的格局,而且客人不多,實在意想不到這裏竟有一味蟹黃撈麵會如斯好吃。看過網絡上眾多食家的評語後,起初還有點擔心蟹粉的份量會否過少,幸好上桌後發現鋪在麵條上的蟹粉份量尚算不俗,不用另外加點一客蟹粉。蟹粉略略炒香,味道鹹香鮮美,再撈些蟹油跟爽口彈牙的麵條同吃,實在非常滋味,要彈的就是吃起來有一點油膩感。一客只賣$23,確實抵食。墨魚餅的質感偏向腍身,裡頭混有頗大粒的墨魚肉,整體墨魚味道不濃,吃起來很普通,並不建議。
