必試嘅一間餐廳本身online book 但full 哂,點知walk-in book 第二日lunch 竟然有位,因為有人會cancel booking本來諗住book 唔到就去日本食 點知佢嘅分店要去到秘魯 好癲佢嘅價錢唔算好貴 但當然你唔expect 佢好大份全部少量少量咁serve 所以可以試到好多嘢hehe-叫咗個甜蝦壽司 配日式秘魯柑橘豉油帶子壽司 配秘魯馬卡醬丶沙拉薩及海苔事實係我根本唔識分 因為無食過秘魯菜lol不過食落又真係好食 刺身鮮甜已經加分唔少-個木薯魚湯蕎麥麵其實都好好食 但唔知點解好似食梗香港嘅冷麵咁 LOL-50 小時慢煮鹿兒島小排呢個真係無得輸(一定要試)上碟個陣佢放低咗一隻匙羹食嘅時候發現佢係腍到用匙羹已經'筆'到岀嚟未至於入口即溶 勁嫩勁腍個醬有啲似東坡肉 甜甜地既鼓油味 餸埋隔離個個薯蓉飯卷 其實已經半飽-最後中伏咗個拉麵甜品用上 生果湯、乳酪雪糕、和菓子、番薯麵、藜麥啫喱、煎栗子、孔雀草餅乾 泡製而成你當湯底係好甜嘅橙汁加透明嘅蒟蒻拉麵 就知係咩味總之就係鬼佬先會鐘意食嘅嘢 可一不可再 continue reading

What’s App 却後餘生的三位C9,來個澳門喪食之旅!雅吉Aji 是澳門第一家日式秘魯菜餐廳(Nikkei Cuisine)午餐book 左12點,要了lunch set前菜:display 美得很,底部系豆蓉,中間系鵝肝醬,上面系芒果蓉display 很美,口感系淋滑的!友人試的秘魯啤酒。另一選了很久,決定要某隻Rose酒,可惜缺貨了。侍應提議請她飲過另一隻白酒,她由失望的表情轉向列嘴而笑了!我的荔枝清酒,有荔枝香,但過甜了!隔離系檸檬梳打,用作清清味雷。秘日式薄切魚生上枱已很吸引了魚生,醬汁有秘魯紅辣椒,芝麻油及麵包屑同吃。燒醃魚片魚質嫩滑,上面的魷魚很鮮甜。秘日三文治蒸包配炸豚肉加埋洋蔥沙律,但炸䐁肉有點油。Catacaos - 粽子牛小排肉配上濃縮湯底,味道非常軟腍!加了一位$200 味噌燒黑鱈魚黑鱈魚上面系亞馬遜果仁,醬汁係紫薯汁加牛肝菌粉,很特別!食到咁上下,侍應小姐就拎一盤蔬果,介紹頭先食物嘅秘魯食材。牛舌 形狀很方型,像粒式!牛舌系慢煮30小時。其實口感不太似平時食開的牛舌,味道很濃郁!朋友不吃牛,可改雞給她!秘魯生果和菓子 山欖,朱古力及綠茶雪糕 山欖的味道很creamy,不知道水果是否一樣。還有送上生日朱古力小蛋糕! 味道比雪糕更好!折返酒店攞行李要,喺百老匯大街杏香園食多碗馬蹄沙才捨得離開!等不到的士,shuttle 又滿坐,差點趕不到船,幸好遇一對couple讓的士給我們,感動又感謝! continue reading
