來到澳門,感覺還是要嘗試下葡式料理~一餐葡菜都唔平,所以都怕中伏,既然唔熟路,那就邀請在地朋友帶路,來到新馬路小巷弄裏的這家Boa Mesa~朋友說,這家是地道澳葡人先回到0既地方,進入店內,果然沒什麽陸客,有不少都是外藉人仕,服務生都是全英文,其實很多葡國菜館都是這樣,不要話我祟洋,但這些氣氛很讚!從收費方面,要知道,葡菜價錢是不會便宜,也沒有最貴,只有更貴,所以呢,綜觀平時都有食下葡菜的經驗去評價BAO MESA的收費,都算係合理。我地叫左三個DISH,蕃茄沙律80左右,鴨飯80左右,燒豬肉200左右。而最最最要提醒大家係食葡菜呢,飲品係必叫,所以水都係需要自己ORDER,去其他店食葡菜也無例外。講番食果部分先,其實只要你一落完單,就會有香噴噴麫包送上,而我真係好中意呢間0既面包,果種微暖而外脆內軟又QQ的口感,整個面包充滿小麥香,沾上清香檻欖油,同香而微酸的黑醋,真係正菜架,而雖則佢葡菜份量真係唔算大碟,但有好味的面包,就令你不經不覺地填飽肚子,係出面再貴的面包店都無得比,所以呢餐飯,我同朋友最終係食唔曬。先講個燒豬仔,我會用香港酒席乳豬去比較,咁樣會具體化少少,香港一般乳豬係食

我地叫左三個DISH,蕃茄沙律80左右,鴨飯80左右,燒豬肉200左右。而最最最要提醒大家係食葡菜呢,飲品係必叫,所以水都係需要自己ORDER,去其他店食葡菜也無例外。講番食果部分先,其實只要你一落完單,就會有香噴噴麫包送上,而我真係好中意呢間0既面包,果種微暖而外脆內軟又QQ的口感,整個面包充滿小麥香,沾上清香檻欖油,同香而微酸的黑醋,真係正菜架,而雖則佢葡菜份量真係唔算大碟,但有好味的面包,就令你不經不覺地填飽肚子,係出面再貴的面包店都無得比,所以呢餐飯,我同朋友最終係食唔曬。

先講個燒豬仔,我會用香港酒席乳豬去比較,咁樣會具體化少少,香港一般乳豬係食薄身,無咩肉食,係食個脆口感,面果層愈薄愈正,中間要有層肥膏隔一隔,有少少油香味,加埋劈豬汁,為之正菜!但葡國燒豬食法完全唔同,外面果層會厚身些,主要以硬口感為主,脆口感次之。咁你會問咁係咪唔好食?我會用「勁好味」黎形容葡豬,因為葡豬肉係好厚身,但係又可以「LON」骨,口感豐富又不油,D骨脆卜卜,一口接一口,一舊接一舊,根本唔需要再有其他醬汁已經夠曬正!

再講個鴨飯,BAO 的鴨飯,我會話係唔中我個人口味,鴨飯可以話係葡菜餐館必備菜單,但烹煮方法有好多種,BAO 係用主要乾炒鴨絲方法,但鴨絲份量唔算多,都加左一兩片鴨肉,所以口感以略為硬身米飯為主,配煙薰鴨肉味同油香味,個人口味我係中意食濕口感燴鴨飯,佢碟飯味道普普通通,煙薰、油、鹽味為主,我覺得質素不過不失,因為冇咩驚喜。

廣東人唔慣食葡菜最少選擇係菜類,主要都係點沙律和清炒菜為主,而因為呢餐太多肉類,炒飯經已有油,所以我想食得清爽D,所以叫左個蕃茄沙律,BAO 的沙律其實都係以食原汁原味為考慮要點,所以唔會有咩沙律醬、芝麻醬,取而代之以檻欖油做簡單調味,蕃茄鮮甜、瓜爽、洋蔥我就無食,我把洋蔥用用黎提下味,其實成碟沙律都好可口。

綜合講,BAO MESA 用餐都屬中高質素,但澳門葡菜選擇好多,要找質素再好0既,價錢再高都唔係咩難事。

因朋友突然要出差到澳門,所以就臨時計劃澳門珠海一日遊,放工即刻去澳門匯合享受第一餐澳門晚餐,黎之前一晚上網搵專攻葡式菜,呢間地點好好,又易搵旅遊景點議事亭大噴水池附近,經過中間的橫街上一条少少斜路就到起初門口有一個只睇得明set的粉筆字板,其他應該是葡文,座底以英文一問之下原來是set dinner ,由於我們晚上8:00先到只剩魚的set可點,仲點左葡萄牙臘腸,一支啤酒原本想點焗馬介休但怕食唔哂,唯有下次!Set dinner (湯,一支水,主菜配飯,4選一甜品,especial) ,炸魚真心有驚喜,一向出街食西餐好少點,因好怕雪藏味但呢個完全部,魚炸很啱啱好又唔油外脆內軟👍🏻👍🏻葡萄牙臘腸第一次試幾得意有啲似煙肉,即燒,上菜個豬仔盤仲好cute甜品 - 又係第一次試點左焗蘋果,好好甜味道幾特別有肉桂味,細細杯里面仲附有肉桂條,感覺好真材實料,雖然好甜但配附送的especial非常襯好滿足的一餐,人均消費只係百幾蚊,好抵又好食,下次黎一定會再試

甜品 - 又係第一次試點左焗蘋果,好好甜味道幾特別有肉桂味,細細杯里面仲附有肉桂條,感覺好真材實料
,雖然好甜但配附送的especial非常襯

好滿足的一餐,人均消費只係百幾蚊,好抵又好食,下次黎一定會再試

Started with crusty bread with butter and olive oil+balsamic vinegar. Ordered fried sardines which was crispy and delicious. Octopus salad had too much garlic but the octopus was tender and had a lovely charred flavouring. Cod pie? was piping hot and delicious, perfect for a chilly rainy day. Overall I really enjoyed the food. Service was great. Would love to be back to try other food

去澳門過了幾天,很想試地道葡菜,看到書的介紹,便特地來試一下。大約12:10去到得檯客人,可能剛開門很靜。一坐下有面包及水橄,橄油黑醋或牛油。面包很鬆軟。很想試紅豆豬手及豬肉炒蜆,但人太少 ,吃不到。到最後只點了豬肉炒蜆及馬介休炒薯絲。豬肉很乾 un蜆的味道也不錯,汁很濃。而馬介休炒薯絲很足料很好味 ,碟頭也不細。

食完添發, 再去逛逛舊城區大三巴一帶, 超迫人....行到兩點幾三點左右, 就嚟番呢度食個late lunch/tea~幾年前嚟過, 唔知算唔算係正宗, 佰覺得呢度啲嘢幾好味, 所以雖然周圍都有唔少食肆/葡菜選擇, 我哋都係走番嚟呢間食由於過咗午市時間, 所以店內客人唔多, 不過亦都因為咁好多食品都暫時未有貨/or未ready~餐前先嚟咗一客小食&麵包:麵包微暖, 配有橄欖油+黑醋, 仲有黑橄欖另外還點了幾款小食~上次嚟都有食, 八爪魚好煙靱, 配埋酸酸的沙律汁, 好醒胃呢個個豬仔火爐好得意, 侍應會响你面前燒嗰條臘腸.  臘腸有少少咸, 不過燒到好香.第一次食馬介休球, 原來係炸薯球, 薯仔好滑, 有點咸香, 炸到脆脆的外皮, 不錯.下次嚟澳門再幫襯過先, 不過要响正餐時間嘞

位處前往大三巴旺區的橫巷,及掛有2009米芝蓮星級的食肆,這裡多遊客光顧是必然的事。到達時大概是晚上7時45分,入座率幾近全滿,只剩2張2人枱。在餐廳中間的貼位置坐下。後方一枱剛結賬,左手便是2位韓國人。所有侍應生都是菲律賓人,不說中文,招呼個別不太友善。稍後有多位內地人入座。這裡點任何飲料都要付錢,只要水杯是10元收費。白蝦雜菌:    蛋味濃、蝦畧小、伴碟橙非常甜;馬介休炒飯: 馬介休份量足兼大塊,不咸。飯無味、太多油。份量比其他餐廳多;葡式乳豬:    上碟時賣相一流。肉味咸甜適中,好入味,肉質鬆軟。皮不脆,有                 些韌。伴菜沙律的生菜已變色,但自己煑都會棄掉,以餐廳的名氣                  不應該如此奉客。所有食物我們都食清光,但不代表好吃,只是不想浪費。所有食物都是涼的,只有些微暖意!

Other Info. : 我們點了三種食物後,因時間充裕,便安心交談,直至察覺到前後比我們晚落單的客人已在進食,我們便開始查詢進度。A侍應生說跟進,然後B侍應生說需要時間烹調,但當用英文查詢為何奄列需要超過15分鐘,而比我們晚入座的客人可以有食物止桌,她便啞口無言,只頻說對不起。她們稍後送我們2杯無嘗熱水。離去時,為我們開門及說對不起。 收費及食物質素成反比。

澳門有很多葡國菜餐館。有人喜歡去A餐館,有人會喜歡去B餐館。但我喜歡去Boa Messa。今晚約七點到達,沒有訂位,好彩尚有一張6人枱,遲一步恐怕要轉地方。餐牌都未打開,友人已經有心緒,要一個安康魚/鮟鱇魚燴飯(Monkfish Rice)。其實與意大利的番茄risotto類似,以安康魚及海鮮配枓為主要。餐前小吃點了八爪魚沙律,檸檬蜆及葡式燒腸。八爪魚處理得相當好,肉質不但彈牙,還保留鮮味。讚!主菜點了一個燒豬排及”Boa Messa”牛排。豬排是薄切,有切紋,經過炭燒,帶出豬排的肉汁味。牛排上有水煮蛋及葡式火腿,帶來多重味覺體驗。最後甜品點了葡式雞蛋布丁。端上枱時熱乎乎的!
