對於這裡的葡撻,我想不用多介紹,對比肯德基,當然是勝幾十萬步。

那個脆脆的蛋撻面,焦糖滿佈,那個蛋撻的心是熱騰騰,但那滿足就算三十幾度你也不介意吃這個熱的享受。

只不過,價錢真的貴得離地了,從前八元一個到現在十元一個,還是滿滿的人龍,幸好,雖然成為遊客點,但還是保持到應有的水準。

不過,態度就好麻麻,服務勁普通,阿姐俾錢時禁止我影相。

當然,十元價錢還是可以接受的,我只希望那價錢唔好再離地更多。

澳門已經不同了很多,我覺得不能再多了罷,太離地幾好食也會孤高到不能著地。

響香港最出名既瑪嘉烈係一間醫院,但係黎到澳門最出名既瑪嘉烈,其實係賣葡撻。到門口已經見佢大排長龍,見到咁多人棒場,點可以唔試試。葡撻 - 葡撻食得最多既都係響KFC道食,咁依個對比就係好相差得太遠啦,跟本就真係蚊比同牛比既分別。之前食親KFC啲葡撻都覺得好多油,酥皮好實好硬加上面有層死甜既糖膠咁。今次真係知道咩係葡撻喎,蛋漿控制得宜,好似燉蛋咁,夠蛋味又彈彈下咁,酥皮又好鬆、好酥同好脆,而面層又薄薄地好、甜甜地又燶燶地,總之加埋晒我就覺得好好食啦。

葡撻的酥皮比港式酥皮蛋撻更厚,蛋漿部分其實相對較少,存放過久,蛋餡水分被烘乾,撻面萎縮凹陷,賣相及味道都大打折扣。因此要食葡撻要食新鮮出爐! 難怪大受歡迎的店子的葡撻特別好吃,正正因為貨如輪轉,葡撻不斷新鮮出爐。瑪嘉烈的葡撻呈金黄色, 焗到少許焦憹, 表面漲卜卜。酥皮好厚又多層, 咬下去皮酥脆。中間的蛋甜絲絲而且質感嫩滑。葡撻熱烘烘, 要小心蛋醬十分燙口!

Their egg tart was very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I could not really taste much difference between Margaret and Lord Stow's version. Both were very yummy and have their own sets of loyal fans.

說在澳門食葡撻,我心目中只有一個品牌。但,好多人都知道,代表澳門的葡撻店其實有兩家,一家是我上述的葡撻名店,令到我去到大阪都要找他的《安德魯》,另一家就是位於市區內,在葡京與新馬路之間的葡撻名店《瑪嘉烈葡撻》 (Margaret's Cafe e Nata)。《瑪嘉烈葡撻》,與《安德魯》同出一系,因為《瑪嘉烈》就是《安德魯》的前妻,為何要分家,為何又另起爐灶? 這是他們的家事,我覺得不需要深入去研究。畢竟,《瑪嘉烈》有《瑪嘉烈》的擁戴者,而《安德魯》亦有《安德魯》的擁躉。《瑪嘉烈》同《安德魯》的路環總店一樣,只是一間餅店,店內不設座位。不過,店外面是一個行人專用區,《瑪嘉烈》就在店外擺設了幾張大木檯木凳,好讓客人即場品味他們的葡撻及其他美食,然而,這就是我覺得《瑪嘉烈》勝過《安德魯》路環總店的原因。另一個本來是優勢的因素,就是《瑪嘉烈》位於市區,但是當《安德魯》進註了威尼斯人商場之後,此等優勢已經失去了。回正題說葡撻了,《瑪嘉烈》的葡撻同《安德魯》比,又有什麼不同之處呢? 當你吃入口,就會發現,不同之處實在多了,首先,葡撻的皮是比較脆身的,但論酥化程皮就不如後者,黃心同樣地帶有很香的焦

有朋友說,《瑪嘉烈》的葡撻又甜又脆,比較好食,但我個人卻喜歡《安德魯》的酥香。總之,各人有各人所好,《瑪嘉烈》、《安德魯》,各有各的精彩味道啦。

蛋撻焗得過左時間,變左脆皮蛋撻,仲整損左個口,中間蛋漿太甜,要食好味葡撻,我會搭車去安德魯。又要排長龍買,倒不如食鉅記或者是但一間就算啦,店員態度又差,唔會再食。
