餐廳好懷舊,係香港就黎冇哂的兩層茶餐廳,午飯時間都幾多人,上層比較多位,但坐得相對較逼。睇門口的西餅就知餐廳有返咁上下歷史,好多冇見過嘅特色西餅。牛尾蕃茄通粉係其中一個必點菜式,本身冇咩期望,但蕃茄湯底飲得出幾有誠意,唔係就咁開出黎,係煲出黎嘅羅宋湯,唔錯!牛尾可以再淋啲,但都唔會硬到咬唔到。豬扒包熱辣辣,呢到個包嘅表面特別立立令,食落去都算係鬆軟,豬扒稍為薄左少少。呢到野食水平其實OK,只不過真係等好耐先有野食。

尼到澳門,食返個豬扒包,就等同於,去到香港,點都整返碗雲吞面或者燒味飯,不過,呢兩者有個共通點,嗰樣食物,受歡迎程度去到一個城市,什或去到一個國家的話,大大少少鋪頭,門面一定寫住,馳名乜乜 , 正宗乜乜。今日呢間都係,無打緊,尼左澳門幾個月,見慣哂。佢點講,吾洗理,叫吧,一試就知佢咩料。尼到,外貌,佢會令你討好,包係法包,包身脹,用手輕輕模下,掂,熱嘅再尼,豬扒,佢吾係簿簿地一塊,相反,厚身豬,香,煎得好好,無油益味大大口,咬落去,佢可以話係一個脆豬,吾口,有時啲豬扒係炸到呢,口,面包就會烘到乾哂。呢間,得。包面脆,脆完之後,佢俾返面包嘅柔軟你,好讓你配合返豬扒嘅出埸。豬扒包攞哂分,隨即叫多樣,蛋撻一尼到,我已知,我過了時間,食蛋撻,都幾講彩數,見佢蛋面有小小蛋面水,就知過左時間,蛋皮ok啦,蛋ok啦,好難評,因熱同吾熱,係兩回事。咖啡,都不錯嘅,最正都係豬 扒 包

无意中路过的,发现这家店的人气很高,据过来了,当时倾盆大雨,一支公只俾坐一楼。开始点了猪排包、冻奶茶和蛋挞,后来加了菠萝油,回头看也就是因为加了菠萝油,让我的港纸最终变成葡币。奶茶的杯不大,冰有些多,茶味不会很浓,但比大陆的还是要好点。猪扒包新鲜热辣是现场煎的,而且猪肉也很嫩,非常不错,面包香脆,也很新鲜。蛋挞是冻的,有点半中半西,有点像加了焦糖的蛋挞。最差是那个菠萝油,和广州的差不多,比广州好的是因为油多,但不够热,所以油化不开,最后买单56蚊。出品OK嘅,但如果唔要那个菠萝油,我就可以带着100港币翻广州了。

去澳門一定要食豬扒包,依間又係人龍店,係要先排隊俾錢然後再排隊取包嘅,係我哋附近排隊嘅人,有啲人等唔切就走左啦。鋪頭裝修好簡單,感覺上係一間好老字號嘅餅店。個豬扒包個樣好好味,豬扒好厚。澳門嘅豬扒包係有骨嘅,食嘅時候其實覺得好麻煩,澳門嘅鋪頭就係有依個好特別嘅地方,佢哋會好堅持自己嘅原則。喺香港,外賣豬扒包梗係無骨架啦!依個包有少少美中不足嘅地方就係個包唔脆。自己食晒一個,有啲飽。呢個豬扒包都係比較油膩嘅,豬扒熱辣辣,偶爾食下好滿足

喺水坑尾果頭行開,行到接近尾,見到好多傳統餅幾吸引,就入去餐牌後面個櫃舖面兩個糕嘅特色都唔係一大舊切開,係圓形嘅$5 椰汁糕$5 馬豆糕唔會有一粒粒豆,已經溶曬$7.5 奶油筒奶油就係傳統瑞士卷嘅奶油,個酥皮有少少似傳統冰室買嘅一款蛋糕(係咪叫拿破崙?)$42 免治牛肉煎蛋飯 (乾)個阿姐有問要乾定濕?叫呢個都係想食澳門傳統碟頭飯,部分款式香港唔會有。本來只知道沙丹豬扒飯,之後Facebook港澳小不同介紹之後,就知道其他款。唔係見開嘅免治,只係牛肉片再切粒,好重蒜蓉味
