貓人每次過大海,必定揾阿媽,這位阿媽並不是貓媽,而是火龍媽媽!這裡沒有葡式殖民味,沒有奢華裝潢、甚至偶然沒開冷氣。為的就是在緩緩吊扇下,重拾家的味覺,找回清新的海鮮風味。位於澳門福隆新街的火龍媽媽,開業十多年,是食街裡少見的樸素街坊小店,相當平易近人。主打以新鮮魚和蝦,熬製而成的海鮮靚湯底,再加入各式泡飯及米線。滿口無添加鮮味,讓貓人每次到來,皆喝湯至一滴不留。今次我倆品嚐了魚湯蟹泡飯(MOP$118),在乳白色魚湯裡,蘊藏了原隻水蟹、十多隻花蛤、相當足料,鮮嫩清甜;打底的鴛鴦紅白米泡飯拌以蕃茄粒及豆腐粒,既健康又富口感!另外也點了必食名物 ~ 沙翁墨魚肉多士 (MOP$40),片片金黃色,外脆內彈,唔會炸過龍,略略點少量砂糖,滋味又滿足!特別一讚是老闆特意走來問我們,覺得味道如何,貓人坦言凍柑桔蜜味道較清淡,老闆即叫店員再沖杯俾我們,猶如媽媽一樣貼心呀!

中秋追月日,第三站地點是傍晚開餐地 -火龍媽媽。我的朋友早前曾極力推介其出品- 真材實料,難得趁馬交之行必去走訪一遍啦 。店舖很易找,置身其中仿似走進時光機,重現昔日繁華一面.....傳統建築再伴以一致的色彩和風格,感覺氣氛確與眾不同,保育功夫應記一功。時間尚早,剛好六時,我與老公仔是第一檯的顧客呢。地方簡潔舒適,稍微不夠冷氣 (後來才知店舖營業時間是: 12pm - 4pm, 6pm-11pm),晚市才剛開始 ,怪不得。店方其實好細心,將大部份的菜式照片張貼於店內,並附中英文菜名,果然之後大為方便之後入座的一對外籍遊客點選海鮮美食。當時我倆不太肚餓,望過餐牌後,最終點選其招牌火龍海鮮湯底的米線系列,Let's  (1) 海鮮米線 ($25)  份量勁多,用料十足,海鮮有兩隻蝦, 魷魚, 蟹柳, 魚片,配料新鮮很鮮甜。米線爽口彈牙,湯底呈少訐乳白色,混合了各款海鮮的鮮味,再配以新鮮蕃茄粒, 芽菜和豆腐粒,色清但味濃,超好味。喜海鮮的不得不試。 (2) 蠔仔米線 ($25)另一推介之選。超.....多及大粒的蠔仔。好鮮甜及粒粒都沒有沙的,白雪雪的,可以好放心及盡情享用蠔的

火龍媽媽已經食過好多次, 佢d野食都整得好heart ge...但係都好似越黎越差咁!!!!!!琴日同男朋友去食晚餐, 貪佢食完就可以去保健牛奶公司!haha去都通常都會叫火龍湯底d米線...不嬲我都覺得佢個湯都幾好飲架...不過琴日就真係差左d lo,,,成個湯都有d腥味, 食左幾啖就頂唔順la!!! bf 叫左燒雞翼拉麵, 點知佢碗麵一黎到, 再望一下隻雞翼, 佢個樣有d似燒味舖個d燒雞翼(紅紅地色個d), 一放入口, 果然冇估錯真係燒味舖個d紅色燒雞翼, 好失望...我諗都可能冇下次架la!!!!

最近一次光顧 什麼都大特價感覺生意有點撐不住…本人是蟹痴泡飯痴…絕對必點「蟹膏泡飯」40元左右的價錢 但是超過40元的質素蟹蓋一個 蟹膏一點也不小氣泡飯湯底方面選用的是魚湯加上蟹膏雖然有點零碎的蟹殼 但是可以接受的範圍而且味道實在太出色…另外吃過忌廉蟹肉薯餅基本上不要期待蟹肉在哪裡…因為三塊裡頭根本就是一堆忌廉而已這個有點失望一杯熱阿華田實在淡而無味…華田果然還是香港的好…另外的不好是當你不點店員推介的她多多少少會給你面色而且下單的時候可以完全沒回應…也不知道她聽到了沒...

本人是蟹痴泡飯痴…絕對必點「蟹膏泡飯」
40元左右的價錢 但是超過40元的質素
蟹蓋一個 蟹膏一點也不小氣

實在淡而無味…華田果然還是香港的好…

另外的不好是當你不點店員推介的
她多多少少會給你面色
而且下單的時候可以完全沒回應…
也不知道她聽到了沒...

星期6無野做就去左澳門搵野食行行吓,見倒條街d舖頭全部門窗都係紅色,有間金色字叫火龍媽媽,入左去之後耿係問下個老細有乜野好食,跟往佢話整個鎮店之寶離食喎!第一個離既係一品米線,有好多海鮮,帶子蝦唔在話重有(嘩!)鮑魚片,米線夠彈海鮮湯低勁清甜(好野!)第二個離既係上湯蟹煎米粉,金黄色米粉煎到鬼死咁香,脆卜卜好野味,淋係面個汁源來用左幾粒鐘整成(老細話)加埋成隻蟹係面都(超值!)食完先見有,鬼馬油炸鬼$10碟,但係星期一至五先至有特價.(天呀!)

3 of us went there yesterday and it was not a pleasant dinner.there were quite a lot of people downstairs so they made us go upstairs.they just ignored us and let us sit there waiting.we ordered:satay pork chop ramen - tasted quite weird...the pork chop is not freshsome fish soup rice noodles (forgot the name) - the best among all dishes but still...not too impressive.cheese golden shrimp - too oily and the shrimps looked rather scary with heads and shells and such.curry pork chop rice - this o

3 of us went there yesterday and it was not a pleasant dinner.
there were quite a lot of people downstairs so they made us go upstairs.
they just ignored us and let us sit there waiting.
we ordered:
satay pork chop ramen - tasted quite weird...the pork chop is not fresh
some fish soup rice noodles (forgot the name) - the best among all dishes but still...not too impressive.
cheese golden shrimp - too oily and the shrimps looked rather scary with heads and shells and such.
curry pork chop rice - this one was just ok.
some vegetables with fish soup thing (this one never arrived as it took super long and we decided to cancel it)
when we told the staff we wanted to cancel this dish he was like "CANCEL LA CANCEL LA!!!" then we asked him for a plastic bag to carry some leftovers. then he gave us some trash bag that looks used and gross. so we asked "would you please give us another one? cos we want it to take away some food." he shouted "IT'S ALREADY A PLASTIC BAG! WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT HUHH?"
so the service was definitely "impressive".
P.S. NEVER sit "upstairs" cos they will ignore you and they are probably too lazy/busy to walk up and serve you. even if you do want to sit upstairs, they would "invite" you to sit downstairs anyway. (they made all other people who wanted to sit upstairs go back down whenever there are seats before they order anything)

第一次同朋友去食火龍媽媽,初初見個門面好似茶廳咁,無乜特別...只不過........見倒門面貼左飲食男女的廣告...所以就試下啦!!點知!!!!?!?!!!食完之後,,,真係令人番尋味!!!我地只係叫左兩樣野~~第1樣係蟹膏泡飯~~~第2樣係蠔仔拉面~~~兩樣都好好味!!!!我特別鐘意『蟹膏泡飯』!!因為佢個湯底好正呀!!!真係諗番起都好想食番!!!依家每次去親澳門....個心都要去食一食!!好近嫁咋,,,在福隆新街!!!食完行去大三巴都幾近ar!!!^^真係不仿一試呀!!!
