燒焗馬介休 先來, 嘩, 聽到個面燒到脆波波嘅聲, 聞我香噴噴嘅魚香, 即刻叫個飯呢食, 唔好以為呢個餸好滯, 佢加入咗好多青瓜粒同薯仔粒同馬介休絲一齊焗, 面頭仲有大量莞茜, 好正呀......

跟住呢葡國雞, 淨係睇到同聞到已經知好味, 食落.... 嘩, 鮮雞啲味同香港啲冰鮮雞無得比, 嗰啲鮮味好耐未食過啦....... 好滿足呀, 為咗撈個葡汁, 我哋又叫多個飯, 終於, 整整兩大砵餸 同兩碟飯都食唒, 連汁都無剩, 飽到跟住完全食唔到嘢, 勁!!!

下次我一定要叫多啲人呢食佢唔同嘅餸, 不過一定要先訂位, 同預訂一啲特別嘅嘢!!

兩日一夜珠海加澳門遊,最後回程前的晚餐來了這裡。我們出發前已經打電話來訂好位。餐廳在官也街內一條橫街,全店只有24個位,而且只做晚市。另外女侍者說所有湯類都要預定,因為廚師/老闆是真的去買菜回來慢慢煮出來的。有其他人在我們吃飯的時間探頭入來問有沒有位置,不過女侍者都說已經訂滿。先來的是葡式炒蜆,真的好吃。我們都吃過不少炒蜆,不過真的很少吃到這樣好吃的。之後來是葡國雞,又是很出色。我們用它的汁來拌飯或拌豬仔包,汁都吃光。另外的馬介休汁焗龍利柳和咖哩羊扒也很好吃,可以說一句,外面真的吃不到。我們七人吃了差不多600元,雖然不算便宜,但是真的是物有所值,絕對值得推介。

豬仔包($12) - 大部分葡國餐廳都會免費供應,但這裏卻例外.但由於不想浪費葡國雞汁,所以點了一個3人共享.豬仔包比平常吃到的大,加上老闆娘用心的把豬仔包烘得外脆內軟,$12一個也是超值.

小餐室是家庭生意,吃出了一份窩心的住家感.加上老闆娘細心的服務,下次一定會先訂枱.

焗海鮮飯:以飯來說,是那兒最貴的,有大蝦青口等海鮮,似茄羔或是蝦羔汁炒,紅紅的,有點像西班牙海鮮炒飯。一位友人推介。

另外要了四樽汽水,是菠蘿味同橙味,不錯。

亞馬交只做晚市,建議前來者一定要訂枱,因為walk in 客要等有訂枱者放飛機情怳下才有望可吃。訂了枱的客人一定要到,延誤或有事來不了的,必先致電通知,否則會可能因延誤而缺乏通知的情怳下桌子給了其它客人,最弊的是沒通知會blacklist你,以後想前來再吃也不能。

年廿八六點鐘黎呢到唸住walk in, 老板娘話full哂. 見佢咁堅, 一早黎都冇位, 唔通真係咁好食. 好! 就book第二晚. 果然冇book錯!野食好味, 大碟, 又香又熱, 老板娘又夠老實. 焗砵酒雞 - 有雞, 薯仔, 腸仔. 個汁似茄汁嗰d味, 我好怕食有酒既食物, 覺得好苦又怪. 但呢個唔會,我食唔出有酒味, 掂薯仔肉粒炒蜆 - d薯仔炸過, 又入味, good! 價錢合理, 隻隻大大碟, 連個朱仔包都特別大. 開頭唔知佢個包咁大個, 男友唸住叫兩個包一人一個, 老板娘就好老實咁叫我地叫一個好喇. 而且我地本來想叫三個餸嫁, 老板娘都唔同我地落單先, 叫我地食哂兩個餸先好再叫,唔好"side"野. 老實! 唔會好似其他鋪頭咁, 話之你食唔食得哂.

我和長者阿媽冒雨摸進小巷的盡頭,才找到這間不顯眼的住家式葡國餐館。兩人能力有限,只點了半只葡國雞($98), 一客葡式炒蜆($88)和一個用來點葡汁吃的豬仔包($12)。最後吃得滴汁不留,有點失儀。葡國雞 - 材料不只是半只雞,還有薯仔,洋蔥和雞蛋。焗完後一大碟的賣相很吸引。這道菜的葡汁是香多於辣,很惹味,但又不會令人想到這是咖哩雞,極適合用來送飯或麵包。雞件非常新鮮嫩滑,連雞胸肉都很嫩,但單吃雞肉本身卻沒有什麼味道,可能是沒有預早用味料醃過,故此必需跟葡汁同吃。但這個葡汁肯定是我有生以來吃過最好的味道。這道菜是即叫即做的,故此要等差不多20-30分鐘才有得吃。葡式炒蜆 - 蜆本身很肥美,一點沙和泥味都沒有,吃得出鮮甜味,有點爽口彈牙的感覺。蜆炒得剛好全熟而不勒,汁液亦收乾至剛好夠濕潤每隻蜆身。本以為葡式用的是葡汁,卻完全不是那回事。只吃得出汁料有點酸酸的,好像混有檸檬汁,亦有很多切碎了的芫荽,非常香和開胃。連平常不愛吃蜆的我也愛上了這裏的蜆。豬仔包 - 大大的包,非常新鮮,焗熱後送葡國雞,又脆又好味。今天再想起來,也令人回味無窮,真的很想快點再來encore 一次。Tips: 1.

Tips:
1. 館子是住家size,地方很小,最好預先打電話訂位。
2. 只做晚市(沒有午市)。逢星期三休息。
3. 炸馬介休球是要預訂的。

I am a crazy food lover. And for good food, my catchment area is much wider than Hong Kong....I have been to this restaurant for 3 to 4 times already. If I stay overnite at Macau, I will always give this restaurant a phone call to book a seat and reserve a big fat curry crab. In general the food served are of relatively good quality but I always under rate them because the curry crab always comes first. hehe...

Um... it is quite difficult to tell how yummy the curry crab is... Try my best la. Firstly, the curry itself is not that hot. If the curry is too hot, then it kills the taste of the crab itself. Then the curry has a very strong aroma but it is not the sort which will choke you, or which makes you thirsty. The curry goes very well with the taste of the crab meat itself. The best means to explain how tasty the curry crab is....... My wife and I always order a few pieces of bread. And by the time we finish with this dish, the dishwasher does not have a lot to do. The plate is normally clean!

If you ask me, I would say in terms of food this restaurant is definitely much more impressive than 帆船 & 海灣 restaurants.

In terms of service, there is always only one auntie who is very friendly and gives you a home feeling rather than the professional courteous waitress. I personally think it is good enough. But be prepared that one may need to wait for say 20 - 30 minutes before food is served. Treat this as a food pilgrimage. Be patient.

In terms of environment and atmosphere, forget about it. This is not a candle lite dinner place where you can have a violinist.... It is only neat and tidy. That's it. Dont expect anything.

Btw, I am having another prilgrimage again tomorrow.......... hahahahaha

回來了香港幾日, 仍然很懷念它們的葡國鷄和炒蜆.那裏的葡汁送飯一流,而且內有很多洋蔥,鷄蛋和薯仔,十分足料.還有它們那些蜆汁非常惹味,那裡的姨姨說是用葡國臘腸炒成的.雖然那裡地方細細,但是食物很出色,服務態度也很親切; 仲有, 記得要喝它們的葡國汽水(波蘿味),好好味,我還買了2罐回來呢.

個次去澳門, 我家姐要預先訂位同訂菜, 去到個到..1. 好少位, 而且好迫囉2. 個阿姐過分熱情, 我地自己屋企難得坐埋食飯, 下下加把咀, 好嘈呀3. 好食, 但係個阿姐成日落錯單. 但不要叫什麼海鮮煲.好唔得, 焗馬介休好食. 葡國雞個汁好食過肉好多~
