點解Google map可以咁高分😑,質素完全唔ok啊 ! ! !-首先係雪糕質地好差,全部都好溶,佢唔係gelato嗰種少少黏口嘅質地啊,佢係明顯溶左嗰種,真係一陣間,1分鐘已經變乸到奶昔咁。然後味道唔ok,焙茶無茶味,薄荷又係好淡 (dreyer’s仲好食過佢…)海鹽焦糖淨係得鹽味,完全食到R哂頭🥵。。。佢唔平嫁喎,$40 兩細珠!如果要牛奶味 要+$30 😓如果要蜜瓜仲誇張,加成舊水,諗清楚先好食。。。 continue reading

去左澳門周圍行,發現到一間雪糕店見到係話日本人手工雪糕,咁就試下啦!去到好多味選擇有cookies &cream 、椰子、抹茶、焦糖鹽、沖繩鹽、榴連、豆腐、櫻花、雲里拿等等。應該都有差不多20款味選擇係我諗緊要唔要還櫻花味時,店員比左我試食但係試完,覺得同雲里拿味差不多淡淡櫻花味都無最後我就揀左豆腐同沖繩鹽(店員筆落去,有點求其既感覺,不過唔緊要啦。都係食唧)雪糕都比較滑,但好似好快溶我試左豆腐味先,唔會話好重豆腐味,但味道都出嘅,唔會太甜到沖繩鹽,咸咸地,但會令人再想食落去不過食到一半,可能已對個咸味麻目左?!好似唔覺有咸味試過一次就夠了!(其實我上到黎OP見到食評先先佢係米芝連) continue reading

呢間手工雪糕之前睇過🍎介紹過,老闆係日本人,開業無幾耐就已經攞到米芝蓮推介.雪糕味道方面都係便日本風味較多,有d都算比較特別嘅味道,好似有🌸櫻花,櫻花葉,豆腐,沖繩海鹽等,另外鐘意抹茶嘅話可以試下特濃抹茶.今次試咗🌸「樱花」味,「冲绳海盐」同柚子,三個口味個人覺得柚子味道有驚艷到,唔同一般其他雪糕柚子,食落點都會有少少假嘅感覺,但呢個柚子嘅味道同食真正柚子肉嘅味道好似.「樱花」味道唔會太甜,「冲绳海盐」有少少鹹鹹哋,但唔會好鹹,感覺好特別. continue reading

講開澳門的雪糕,以往都係去「禮記」吃傳統口味為主,但近年卻多了不少新派雪糕店,水準也有驚喜。這次特別吃了唯一新入選米芝蓮澳門街頭小吃的日式雪糕店Kika。老闆娘據說是靜岡人,而靜岡在日本亦是有名的產茶地,所以呢度的抹茶雪糕最吸引我。一看那色彩繽紛的雪糕櫃,發現這裏的抹茶雪糕有四個濃度,試最濃的那一款「抹茶四」茶味甚勁(看顏色較深已知有料到),甚至甜中帶點甘,一般人可能會覺得有點過火,但卻啱晒我呢個抹茶控,至少覺得抹茶味的甘苦與Gelato應有的甜味平衡得不錯。我在東京曾吃過有七級濃度的抹茶雪糕,這裏最濃的大概只屬日本的第五級吧,但這種濃度在港澳地區已屬難能可貴了。 continue reading

17年版的米芝蓮街頭小食, 名單變動不大, 唯一新入榜的, 就是KIKA.店子位處大堂巷, 短短的大堂巷, 可說是木人巷, 由街頭到街尾, 差不多每間鋪也是做飲食的, 連入圍米芝蓮街頭小食的, 也有兩家店. 競爭相當激烈.KIKA供應的是日本手工雪糕, 其實同類型店, 在香港也有不少, 但能夠打入米芝蓮, 就只有KIKA了.是日我們吃過午餐, 就順步來到新馬路這邊, 吃雪糕作飯後甜品. 看看雪糕櫃, 選擇不少, 試了幾款味之後, 最後選來抹茶三以及豆腐.雙球雪糕 $35: 8.5分, 雙球雪糕賣價$35, 份量十足, 比起香港同類型店, 實在便宜一大截. 先吃豆腐味, 質感香滑, 豆腐味道清香, 只是吃到尾有微微的冰感, 影響了食味. 至於抹茶, 一共有四款口味, 就是依濃度由一到四. 這次只算了抹茶三, 但其實那個濃度已經相當強勁, 入口帶點苦澀, 帶抹茶的幽香, 對我們來講, 這濃度剛剛好.KIKA的日本手工雪糕, 款式多, 價位經濟, 雙球雪糕份量十足, 賣價才是$35, 當中的抹茶以及豆腐皆有水準. 能夠入圍米芝蓮街頭小食, 也是對有誠意的小店一個鼓勵. continue reading
