朋友試過祥記蝦子麵回味無窮,帶我地黎試下係咪真係咁好食先!不過我地到達時有小人龍,所以去左附近食少少小食再黎,即刻入得果然好多蝦子加上蔥香,真係好吸引,仲貼心咁剪開兩份方便share然後叫咗個炸雲吞同炸鯪魚球,雲吞唔太大粒,入口剛好鯪魚球平時怕腥唔鍾意食,炸左之後真係好好食仲有一份爽魚皮,爽口又唔腥,送麵一流綜合黎講全部都好食,只係價錢略貴。

去完添發食魚翅,向前行就係祥記麵家。食過幾次,第一個感覺係份量太少!但無所謂啦,反正食完翅,份量少d留肚食其他野。雖然份量少,但每款食品味道都唔錯。係香港一向唔食麵,好怕果種鹼水味,但哩到d竹升麵,一d鹼水味都無,蝦子鋪係麵上面,可能蝦籽貴左啦,感覺蝦籽份量唔夠,自己中意食蔥,如果多d蔥花更好。炸鲮魚球外脆內軟.水準之作!不過蜆介醬要另外加錢。缺點係店鋪唔大,多幾個朋友坐會有難度,價錢唔算平,份量唔大。

The place has been on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for a few years so I was excited to go try. Boy was I disappointed...... I kept asking myself how can this be on the list.... Wontons were so small and the soup had no flavor. Noodles were too soft lack of the crunchiness what egg noodles should taste like. Disappointed.
