幾乎每次去澳門,我都一定要食返轉祥記先至安落,最鍾意嘅就係佢嘅蝦籽撈麵同埋小食,但就從來都無試過佢嘅麵食,所以今次就打算試下雲吞麵,睇下係咪都一樣咁出色。賣相唔錯,雲吞皮薄餡靚,餡皮薄到完全見到入面嘅餡料。味道方面,餡料主角蝦仁好鮮甜,入口爽滑,一啖一隻,大小適中,抵讚~不過麵底就麻麻地,食落好淋,完全無竹昇麵嘅口感,唔夠爽口彈牙,令人失望。麵係一碗雲吞麵嘅靈魂,如果麵處理得唔夠好,就算雲吞幾好味都無用,下次都係食淨雲吞好啲。

雲吞皮薄餡靚,
餡皮薄到完全見到入面嘅餡料。
味道方面,餡料主角蝦仁好鮮甜,
入口爽滑,一啖一隻,
大小適中,抵讚~
不過麵底就麻麻地,
食落好淋,
完全無竹昇麵嘅口感,
唔夠爽口彈牙,令人失望。
麵係一碗雲吞麵嘅靈魂,
如果麵處理得唔夠好,
就算雲吞幾好味都無用,

帶三隻馬騮去澳門玩水由酒店check-out後乘車出半島午餐,家姐未食過呢間,所以同佢來試,來到門口有條小人龍,不過散得好快,入面爆晒場,桌椅好迫,我哋好好彩,比到廚房前嘅長方枱,比較闊落(可能見有小朋友)坐低點餐!食物到齊店員會寫張有銀碼嘅紙當收據比錢!招牌蝦子撈麵($34)麵都未淥散!仲有啲痴埋一團,又硬,蝦子鹹香!但整體差豬手撈麵($34)家姐食鮮蝦雲吞($30)雲吞皮滑,餡料係豬肉為主,蝦肉好細件!有肉汁!湯底有啲濁!幾濃味!柱侯牛腩牛筋(雙拼$50)比祈待中細碟!牛腩入味但太淋,牛筋都淋不過幾滑幾稔口!上湯浸蘿蔔($17)蘿蔔唔當造,有好多渣!來料唔靚唔應該夾硬出!涼拌海蜇($35/小碟)細細碟,幾爽口,味道淡淡鹹味!ok食物今次有啲失望,尤其麵食,好似太急整出來!不過店員有耐性,爆場大家好努力招呼,仲有啲笑容,唔會因勁人氣而對客人無禮!太人氣減低了水準

來到澳門第二日,又出外觅食,到了祥記,先來一碗蝦子撈麵,味道沒有其它食客評到好像不可不試,大失所望。本人感覺它只是一碗普通不過,平平無奇的一碗麵。麵身還可以,但主要靈魂之蝦籽完全沒有味道,淡口極了,湯底可能較重味精,食完要不停飲可樂,而麵吞麵更差,完全沒有味道,雪藏蝦一蝦味也沒有,下次可以不試。

由三元走出來,不久又到祥記麵家,進去吃馳名蝦籽麵囉!下圖就是招牌蝦籽撈麵了,賣相挺吸引,麵條也算有咬口,但蝦籽無味的!甚至還吃到味精味,專程為此前來的食友相當失望。也點了雲吞麵(正常水準還可以)、水餃麵(同前)、脆皮雲吞拼金沙鯪魚球(雲吞較好吃),以及腐乳通菜(比麵類更好吃,死未?),大家對這店的評價都是:大不如前。不過大家又怎會估到,這裡的桑寄生蛋茶反而很不錯?但,都夠死火啦...頭兩場都小失望,第三場又如何呢?下回揭曉。
