來到澳門,除了出名的葡國餐、豬扒包、葡撻外,其實舊式茶餐廳都很值得一試。澳門的小街小巷仍然保留了一些舊式風味的餐廳,味道傳統之外,連店員都很地道,令人彷如回到六、七十年代。南屏雅聚位置比較遠離議事廳的澳門中心地帶,不過仍然值得一去。沿新馬路步行約15分鐘的路程,轉彎到十月初五街便到達。門外門內的裝修已經帶著舊式茶餐廳風味。茶餐廳有兩層,星期六的下午人客都頗多,幾乎滿座,我們選擇了下層的座位。食物種類不多,都是以公仔麵、多士、麥皮為主。我們點了叉燒蛋文治和豬扒公仔麵、2杯凍咖啡,1杯走甜、1杯少甜。這裡的店員都是上了年齡的,但他們的記性很好,下單時是完全不用紙筆,只靠記憶呢!即使是結賬是都是憑枱上的碗碟,以心算計出,值得一讚!食物很快來到。先到的是豬扒公仔麵。公仔麵和湯底是一丁牌的,很有兒時的味道,豬扒很軟稔,啖啖肉,調味恰到好處。叉燒蛋文治很厚,蛋炒得很滑,配上鹹鹹甜甜的叉燒很相襯,不過如果包是烘底的話會更好!咖啡方面,咖啡和奶的比例很好,本人較為喜歡走甜的咖啡,更能突出咖啡的香和濃呢!這裡的食物味道不差但不算太令人有驚喜,來的都是主要為了食這裡的人情味和舊式風味!

去左好多次澳門都未食到南屏雅敍,今次因為住係16浦,行5分鐘就到十月初五街...終於可以試下鹹餐: 火腿出前一丁+腿蛋方包...好普通火腿,味道同普通茶餐廳無咩分別。煎蛋係半熟,有蛋漿流出黎好滑,配方包ok叉燒蛋庵列蛋唔係滑蛋明顯過熟,不過叉燒係好食,夠淋身半肥瘦侍應呀姨既態度奇差,單都未落完就行咗去,有一種好笑感覺,一路聽住佢對客人呼呼喝喝,一路食野好有氣氛,我諗只有係茶檔才會感覺到呢種特有冷漠的人情味呢度既食物普普通通,不過值得去感受下有特色的懷舊餐廳,行下橫街窄巷也不錯

想了好幾天,猶疑著打不打這篇食評好呢?莫非第一篇打關於澳門的食評就是要負評,最後還是打了。因為見到這店之前位列openrice餐廳榜首好幾個星期,之前想去的時候,又因為去錯地方找不到,所以今次再遊澳門,都一定要乘的士去到才肯罷休。可能就是這份盼望、期望,卻換來徹底的失望、失落。趁著聖誕節假期到澳門旅遊,十二月二十六日那天到南屏雅敘吃個lunch, 其實早餐還沒吃,去到門口已經見到樓下座位坐滿。樓上還有幾個卡位可坐,發覺沒有menu再轉到第二個卡位,想點餐時女侍應總說︰「很忙!很忙!」而她很快都又幫我們點餐。我選了一個甜餐。牛奶麥皮比我想像的較為稀身,甜度適中,吃到是放了煉奶那種,算是可以吧!火腿奄列 鮮油方飽我只著重火腿奄列那part, 但是奄列的蛋是凍,只有裡面是微暖,入面放了幾片厚切火腿,好明顯係另外放入去,就是蛋是蛋,火腿就是火腿,完全吃不到廚師的用 心。另外的鮮油方飽,牛油一片雖然不是凍,但也不是熱或暖,總知就是溶不到,蘸不了整片方飽,就是牛油是牛油,方飽就是方飽。當然最後我也棄掉牛油算了。蛋撻是我最為欣賞的,透徹明亮的蛋黃,蛋撻皮做到酥脆,蛋撻肉做到蛋香細滑,入口即溶,美味可

我只著重火腿奄列那part, 但是奄列的蛋是凍,只有裡面是微暖,入面放了幾片厚切火腿,好明顯係另外放入去,就是蛋是蛋,火腿就是火腿,完全吃不到廚師的用 心。另外的鮮油方飽,牛油一片雖然不是凍,但也不是熱或暖,總知就是溶不到,蘸不了整片方飽,就是牛油是牛油,方飽就是方飽。當然最後我也棄掉牛油算了。

進食期間,有客追order, 是否已落單,男店員回應太多客,廚房人手做不了,有禮叫人客多等一會吧!
之後有對小情侶想點餐,女侍應總說︰「很忙!很忙!」等了好一會也置他們之不理,女生開始在發脾氣了,但反而幫之後才進來的客人點餐,其實餐廳裏還有好幾位女侍應,也不明為何其他女侍應也莫視這對小情侶,最後還是那位說︰「很忙!很忙!」的女侍應幫他們點餐。

而我心裏暗地裡想著,應該沒有第二次再來光顧的機會了。

說南屏雅敍是來澳遊客必去的餐廳之一也應該沒有錯吧。身為澳門人的我,到今天才首次來這裡吃,說起來頗慚愧。食評看得多,當然知道來這裡要吃甚麼,與友人點了一份蛋治,二件蛋撻,飲品則點了熱檸水及熱奶茶。蛋撻頗大件,送上來是熱的,外皮是薄薄的酥皮,餡料的蛋漿不太甜有蛋香,熱辣辣又香又脆冇得輸,不用30秒便整個撻已被鯨吞了。蛋治又是另一名物,出名在於其厚厚的炒蛋。目測大概有1.5吋厚,蛋治送上來時也是熱的。抵讚。炒蛋不怕太油亦夠滑,但少了牛油香,不過這樣反而少了油膩感。奶茶奶味則較淡,茶香亦不夠突出,只屬普通。這裡的食物價錢亦很相宜,不會因為人氣多而坐地起價,蛋撻西餅才4.5元一件,蛋治才13元,這裡的亞姨態度亦不錯,非常好。

We order another of their signature food - egg sandwich. We wanted it to be toasted but the staff informed us that the toaster machine was out of order for today. What a luck! The sandwich was very ordinary and the bread was thick. Egg was not smooth either. For this type of quality, i could make it myself at home too.

去澳門, 當然要揾底食夾大件, 又馳名中外嘅嘢食吓啦。 南屏雅敘- 出奇地不需要等位。先嚟個鷄蛋三文治加紅豆冰。三文治真係好厚(鷄蛋厚之外, 連麵包都厚); 而鷄蛋熟的程度剛剛好, 而且不太油 紅豆冰就普通咗D, 紅豆都算大粒, 都ok㗎。

我們選了的酒店套票是不包早餐,離開酒店後當然是先去吃個早餐!所以第一個目的地就是南屏雅敘,是在澳門很有名的茶餐廳/冰室。這裡的「蛋」做得出神入化,最有名的莫過於「雞蛋文治」,而且識食一定要烘底!我們當然要試試這個人人吃過都讚好的雞蛋文治!果然,蛋夠香夠滑,份量足,真的是人生吃過最好味的雞蛋三文治,吃得出店家是用很香的花生油炒蛋,令蛋炒出來特別香特別滑,激讚!另外我們還點了同樣有名的叉燒蛋庵列,實在是太美味了!蛋的表面剛好熟了,但一切開裡面是半熟的蛋漿,而且叉燒的量非常多,叉燒很軟,不會很難咬又或者卡在牙縫中,所以很讚!完全是真材實料,回想起也不禁吞了口水!下次來澳門一定會再來!

另外我們還點了同樣有名的叉燒蛋庵列,實在是太美味了!

蛋的表面剛好熟了,但一切開裡面是半熟的蛋漿,而且叉燒的量非常多,

叉燒很軟,不會很難咬又或者卡在牙縫中,所以很讚!

完全是真材實料,回想起也不禁吞了口水!

下次來澳門一定會再來!
