今日同朋友威尼斯行街,於晚餐就試吓碧濤啦!依家佢有個澳覓set,380一個人,都幾抵食。坐低一陣,就上咗餐前餐包,醬汁係醋同橄欖油,幾開胃,唔錯!牛肝菌蘑菇湯,松露泡沫呢個湯好香!好好飲!香到連烏蠅都飛埋落個湯度之後服務生即刻道歉同換一碗新嘅比我。青口好香好好食!有一陣好香嘅煙肉味!佢有兩種汁,沙律醬同辣醬!個人鍾意辣醬多啲,都幾辣下意面好香芝士牛油味!好濃厚魚肉肉質都幾彈牙,而且好香!不過甜品一般,個檸檬酥太酸,食唔到碧濤環境ok,服務ok,食物除咗甜品失色啲之外其他都唔錯!會有下次!

已經2年沒來澳門Portofino,之前的fig pizza 讓我印象深刻!已經好一陣子沒有無花果pizza,今天帶著2歲兒子單獨去餐廳,服務人員很親切和專業。位置寬廣,BB車可直接放在位子旁邊。點了烤鱈魚柳和4 cheese pizza! Pizza 餅皮軟硬適中功力了得!兒子吃了2塊。烤鱈魚柳實在讓我太感動!怎麼可以烤到鮮嫩多汁又不失鮮味!配菜一流整體搭配起來的口感讓人舒服。只是鱈魚柳的檸檬醬汁我吃不出特色。有點可惜。餐後送上馬卡龍和瑪德蓮,這兩個甜點是附送的吃起來普通。還有一杯加了酒的飲料,超好喝!

With four of us this time we were able to sample more dishes. For starters we had the Vongole al Cartoccio, which are clams with white wine and garlic baked in parchment paper. With the juice of the clams retained by this cooking process, it added extra flavors and sweetness to the clams, paired perfectly with the sauce. The clams were all of good size, fresh and tender.

To fill our stomach we also had a Capricciosa pizza, with mozzarella, cooked ham, mushrooms, artichokes, black olives, spicy sausages and tomatoes. The crust was crispy and the ingredients were a perfect combination to make the pizza both enjoyable and filling.
On the night we also ordered two bottles of wine, a Ceretto Blange and a Il Poggione Rosso di Montalcino, With a 10% discount coming from the VIP card from the casino, the total bill was $3022, which was surprisingly inexpensive considering the setting and the amount of food we ordered. Though it would not be a top-notch Italian restaurant as it claimed to be.
My overall rating is 60/100.

麵包籃, 這是做法認真的一個驚喜! 熱烘烘的麵包很香口,賣相吸引, 外脆內軟,由於沒吃早餐, 我已是饑腸轆轆, 看到配上獨有的五式橄欖油和香草油等,香滑的油味喚醒了我們的味蕾! 新鮮麵包就是不一樣啊 !
碧濤凱撒沙拉也是合格之作, 生菜配麵包粒, 開胃健康.
我們共要了三款意粉 - 海鮮辣蕃茄 pasta, 妓女醬汁意大利粉和馬鈐薯香草意大利粉, 它們都多汁, 味道一般, 因為我們都覺得汁做的有點怪味呀~ 意粉都做的有點硬身, 老公卻愛較諗的意粉, 意粉份量不多, 可能讓食客多試試不同款式吧! 略嫌內里的配料偏少.
一齊分享的有四式芝士薄饼,酸酸 甜甜的芝士, 包括意大利白芝士, 烟熏芝士, 味道还可以~ 但一人吃數件薄饼, 還是有點腻的感覺! 故我們都沒有要另外的薄饼了.
飲品則要了兩杯果汁和一杯拿鐵, 全部都合格, 果汁做的十分出色, 我們都很喜愛, 雖然貴了點

我們吃到尾段才有客人光顧, 因此我們十分享受安寧的環境 (因為在香港是不可能找到的)
服務十分周到, 值得一讚, 由於飲品贵价有點貴, 是次結帳每人二百元, 等於在CPK 的價錢, 相信CPK 的沙拉和意粉會比這兒好, 但碧濤的麵包和飲品不錯尼! 難得我們享受了兩小時, 也是值得的

環境又靚又舒適食物素質令人驚喜土豆cream湯味道香濃意式生牛肉夠新鮮海鮮燉飯可能遷就咗本地人口味d飯煮得唔會好硬(葡萄園的話就好正宗)但味道超正煮牛膝做得好腍身味道較濃千層麵亦不俗食到中間已經超飽另外中午設有意粉及pizza套餐每位價錢120元非常值得試試而且日頭同夜晚另有一番不同氣氛呢!!

d飯煮得唔會好硬(葡萄園的話就好正宗)
但味道超正

非常值得試試
而且日頭同夜晚另有一番不同氣氛呢!!

湯在身邊奉上時已嗅到濃郁的蘑菇香,以咖啡杯子代替湯碗,杯子上有打發而成的湯泡沫,名為 “Fresh Mushroom Cappuccino”。菇菌類一向香氣濃厚,所以我不認為上此菜時香味震撼的功勞來自Justin,以杯子上湯我也不是第一次見,不見得有驚喜新鮮感,但喝下那口湯的濃縮菌香味道,配合一片帶煙肉味的餅子,及食物份量的控制,令人感覺剛好,要引頸期待下一度菜式,側是。
沙拉我選了北歐珍寶帶子配海藻,帶子中規中矩,不及北海度帶子般帶著海洋的鮮甜味,反而是青綠紫藍的baby沙拉菜非常新鮮清新。友人也讓我試了她的鴨肝,做得外脆內軟,但我本身不好鴨鵝肝,點到即止。
主菜是碳燒神戶牛柳拌抽子胡椒汁,我叫了七成熟。牛柳即沒脂肪的部份,有碳香但不濃烈,抽子味給隱藏了,巧妙地混合到胡椒汁去,使汁配合牛柳時既辣
卻又醒神。
甜品為一顆牛奶朱古力,一小磚朱古力mousse,以及一quenelle 的牛奶雪芭。Quenelle,可內樂,即橢圓的造形,以兩把泡過熱水的銀湯匙掏雪芭,雪芭被一匙掏往另一匙,而造成橢圓形,而熱匙使雪芭表面融化光滑,是為所有受過專業法廚訓練的presentation。在高級法國餐廳,雪芭絕不會是圓形啞面。

雪芭下有碎果仁襯托。天殺的,碎果仁原來是以糖包著的蒜頭!蒜頭的濃烈,配合香草味牛奶雪芭的冰冷,帶一種撞擊的感覺。牛奶朱古力及朱古力mousse都做得幼滑不過甜,適合本地口味,而甜度足夠使人滿足愉悅。
以MOP380的價錢吃這四度菜的午餐,可以說是合理。
現場見大批記者採訪,Justin也不卑不亢的。要再找Justin, 可於星加星坡的Sky on 57, 台北的Justin’s Signatures或上海的Villa du lac and Fountain。同時2010 Wine & Gourmet Asia即將開幕,見Wynn Macau的Chef de Cuisine, Anthony Alaimo與同僚也先來午膳才進場。是日陽光充沛,Portofino餐廳高樓底下滿室柔和金光,我期待下回是在黃昏,再來在其室外balcony喝杯香檳。
