每次到澳門都會去的黃色小屋賣的是葡國菜(正宗與否就不知道了,只知道對口味就可以了)位處議事亭前地附近,卻因一條小斜坡之隔,人流不太多,而食客比較多日韓港人,環境安靜點餐很即送上暖硬豬仔餐包炸馬介休薯波吃到啖啖魚肉外,調味中的番茜增加風味,外皮酥脆也充滿薯香爆多魚肉外表平實的焗鴨飯看上去沒什麼材料對吧?!其實翻一下就有很多鴨肉!再加上煙肉、辣肉腸、橄欖調味,整個飯惹味非常也有油香必點!檸檬番茜牛油白酒加上夠份量的大大隻蜆光是看圖片都好像又嗅到那香味了!(不過今次有一隻蜆未開口朋友好奇打開,原來蜆死掉了)光顧當日信用卡簽賬贈送的葡式雞蛋布丁也不馬虎蛋香加上綿密口感,為晚餐畫上圓美句號

第一道是馬介休薯球。馬介休是不少葡萄牙菜與澳門葡式美食的主要材料,其實馬介休(Bacalhau) 是鹽漬鱈魚的意思,是葡萄牙料理的主要食材之一,較著名的菜式有:西洋焗馬介休、薯絲炒馬介休、炸馬介休球、白烚馬介休、馬介休炒飯等。
馬休魚薯球,這道菜看起來簡單,製作其實非常耗時耗工,聽說如果是一整條魚時,前置作業有時就需要24小時。首先要將馬介休魚(鱈魚)蒸熟後擣成泥,再加上馬鈴薯泥、洋蔥、芹菜,調味後再下鍋炸成金黃色,熱熱吃或放涼都好吃。由於馬介休薯球咬起來時會一絲絲的,小朋友覺得口感有點奇怪,覺得一點都不像魚做的。

接著是網友大推薦的葡式焗鴨飯。乍看之下覺得有點平凡,上面鋪紅紅那是蕃茄嗎?其實不是,是香腸,匙羹一挖更不得了了,原來好料都藏在裡面,已撕成一片片的鴨肉,咬起來一點都不柴,但還保有一點鴨肉的嚼勁,並不會太軟爛,而每一粒米飯都吸飽了鴨肉肉汁,咬下去每一口都充滿了鴨肉的香氣,不愧是網友的五顆星推薦!

再上場的是似乎很常聽到的葡國雞。看起來很像咖哩雞,但吃起來,真的一點都不咖哩,很難形容它的味道,雞肉則已燉到入口即化的地步,馬鈴薯塊及白菜都已煮到軟爛入味,非常好吃!雖然附了一碗白飯,讓你可以將葡國雞淋在上面吃,但其實不配飯也不會太鹹。

在餐牌上看到葡式汽水四個字,實在很好奇難道葡式汽水喝起來會跟我們平常喝的汽水不一樣嗎?於是就點了一瓶來試試。....就是橘子味道比較淡,汽也不會那麼嗆的汽水,與平常喝慣的雪碧相較之下,葡式汽水比較偏向有汽的糖水多一點。
那天雖然是中午去吃,但客人真的絡繹不絕,隔壁桌是日本人,前面是內地人,我們是台灣人,還有看不出是哪國人的外國人來用餐,當然也有澳門本地人,真是熱鬧繽紛的老牌葡國餐廳啊。妹妹及小朋友們吃得非常滿足,直說葡國菜初體驗圓滿成功!

The assorted appetizer plate was only redeemed by a decent attempt at a deep fried fish ball - the rest tasted like it was a microwave meal from Lidl. I don't mind cheaply made food. I don't mind paying money for excellent food. This place makes you pay the same amount as a Michelin star (evidenced by lunch today) restaurant for food I wouldn't allow in a primary school lunch hall.

晏就4/5點肚餓諗住食葡國菜,見食評幾好,諗住去食,去到先知原來要book位,要6點先開店,唯有去附近行下再番離食。差唔多6點到達,已經出現小人龍,心諗應該好好食,未開店就有人排隊,結果希望越大失望越大。叫左3個菜-豬耳沙律-好腥-細細碟-不過都冇食曬-因爲太腥非洲雞--味道正常--幾大份-但唔覺得特別好食-少辣馬介休球-最好食呢個-不過都係唔脆的仲有葡國汽水-佢係波羅味-甜甜地-幾得意-叫左兩枝

一場黎到澳門真係要搵間葡國餐廳食下葡國菜嫁嘛,上次來澳門食咗一間船屋餐廳嘅葡國菜覺得好好食於是就繼續試吓唔同葡國餐廳啦。所以,今次就㴝左呢間啦。地點非常就腳。餐廳一啲都唔難搵。就係喺大馬路附近郵政局隔離相信每一位遊客都必定會經過呢個位。於是我地就book咗夜晚七點食呢間餐廳啦。餐廳設計係幾靚好有外國feel,一入到去待應安排我哋坐3樓。估唔到佢鋪面細細原來有三層樓架!其實我覺得佢食物份量係好大,但係食物味道真係好一般。而且價錢好貴,覺得都值呢個價錢。兩個人去食三道菜都接近600蚊啊!

好多人介紹嘅馬介休球的確好味!魚肉一絲絲咁,真材實料!👍🏻

見到餐牌上有個叫葡國蛋牛排(個名大約係咁上下吧😝),喺香港未見過呀,梗係要試下。一試就停唔到口呀!個汁嘅味道好特別,應該係白酒加蒜頭煮成,好野味,牛排肉質好淋又吾係用鬆肉粉,其實幾似港式牛排,但個肉質加上個汁,真係好得!

至於個葡國雞就不過不失,無乜特別咁啦

一坐低已見碟有很多污積~完全像沒洗過1樣
被茶餐廳酒樓的碟還要不堪

我來這裡主因有我很喜歡的菜式, 講講先

【1】【蒜蓉檸檬蜆】
好像已沒有初嚐的驚喜
今次落的芫荽蠻多, 完全蓋過了檸檬味
還吃了一口芫荽根的苦 OMG

但蜆份量還真不少 (讚)
上次是這裡的2/3 蜆肉還要掉了
這裡也會奉上餐前包, 用匙敲打像石頭,
但實則外脆內軟 ♡

【2】【牛油檸檬汁龍脷柳】
龍脷柳香煎不錯~味道剛剛好~肉質又滑
伴碟薯仔是白烚~沒任何調味~吃到的是薯仔本身天然的糖份甜~喜濃的人會覺得淡而無味

【3】【葡式鴨飯】
味道還好~飯內有一絲絲鴨肉, 飯面有煙肉加
煙肉腸片…不過飯粒軟硬度每次都有多少出入

【4】【雜果汁】
吃完蜆和飯總覺得十分口乾
水是要付費買的……我當然沒那麼笨
橫豎要花錢……因不想喝酒~就點果汁好了

雜果汁完全喝不出雜果味~得橙味……偏酸的
還好是鮮榨的……$6x用大水杯盛載……

向侍應了解餐牌…感覺很不屑的
完全無服務可言, 感覺真的很差
價錢與服務不成正比
真的希望你們會有所改善

說老實 葡菜不只你們一間
這只是逼人光顧別的

葡國乳豬,肉很嫩滑,不太肥,皮有點靱,味道不會很濃,跟的飯只有兩啖咁多,太少。這乳豬不是我在澳門試過最好吃的,但還是不錯。

非洲鷄,不同餐廳的做法可能會十分大分別。呢度係煎/焗左D雞後加醬汁在上面再焗,個汁好多舖滿晒,有D似沙嗲串燒果D汁但辣D,雞肉不鞋,ok
