,粟米魚肚羮,喜歡翅的這裡亦很超值,蛋白蒸蟹亦出名。
餐廳唯一要注意是沒有電梯要行上去的。

幾年前朋友帶過我黎食雞湯翅, 令我印象最深刻的不是翅而是酒. 在地下行上樓梯時, 係中間已經聞到好強烈的中國白酒香味, 上到去坐低原來旁邊的人在開五糧液, 酒香真係覆蓋全場.今次再黎搵食, 估唔到又係上到樓梯中間又聞到酒香, 係白蘭地既香味, 原來有人開軒仔XO. 一路食飯一路聞到酒香既感覺好正, 好似唔駛比錢有酒飲 因為對上一次已經食完葡國菜飽住個肚黎, 4個人食左煲翅已經飽到想死, 食唔到其他野. 今次黎主要想食既係水蟹蒸蛋, 點知哥仔話無, 得奄仔蟹2食. 就叫左薑蔥炒蟹, 蟹蓋蒸蛋, 紅燒包翅, 雲腿蒸雞.  肚子係今晚真係非常滿足, 奄仔蟹蒸蛋真係太美味.

晚飯去了氹仔新陶陶食中莱!叫了涼瓜牛肉,咕噜肉,粉絲蟹煲,待應叔叔話隻蟹可兩食,拎個蟹蓋去蒸蛋!上了年紀的待應叔叔仲好好 service!但我不大喜歡D坎汁,太杰身!但蟹兩味是不錯的!三個人都捧住個肚落樓!我和99 還嚷著要食木槺布旬,買下了边行边食返酒店!

晚飯去了氹仔新陶陶食中莱!叫了涼瓜牛肉,咕噜肉,粉絲蟹煲,待應叔叔話隻蟹可兩食,拎個蟹蓋去蒸蛋!上了年紀的待應叔叔仲好好 service!

成餐飯食完後並無某道餸有重味精嘅感覺,難得難得!

先后已到新陶陶十次八次了。首次是親戚帶我來的, 吃的是翅及蜆仔蟹 (涼瓜炆蟹及蟹蓋蒸蛋。自此每到官也街, 一想起食中菜便會到此。涼瓜炆蟹, 蜆仔蟹非常多膏, 膏與醬汁混而為一, 拿來撈飯真是極品。蒸蛋滑, 而蟹蓋亦留有大量肥膏, 因此香滑不膩。蔥油雞, 沒有肥脂, 新鮮雞味濃郁。薑蔥牛肉, 由於夠火喉, 故此爆得香噴噴, 牛肉剛熟, 夠稔, 而且肉汁滿溢, 非常可口。咕嚕肉, 不似出面的食肆般, 層粉厚過象皮。入口只得粉糰一堆。這裡的咕嚕肉採用半肥瘦的豬肉。入口沒有肥滯的感覺。

去到濠江,一日廿餐閒閒地,為左保持最佳狀態?等之後過去食水蟹粥,只係叫了個雞湯翅及咕嚕肉兩個響朵菜式。勁有膠質的翅淨飲湯都正,一梳梳的翅啖啖彈牙,雞殼就可以不理。望住奶白色的雞湯,上面浮住一個圈的黃油。如此可惡的食物,點可以唔清之而後快!不過食完之後,已經無信心挑戰下一回水蟹粥。
