睇報紙話好多人食, 今日特地去試,入到去個侍應服務態度超冇禮貌(可能我地唔係遊客). 至於味道, 真係食唔出自己食過魚翅,只記得好鹹 我地叫左兩個來試, $55 石窩中鮑翅同$88 有米佬泡飯$55 石窩中鮑翅, 個湯超濃, 翅同poster睇的距離好遠,一早預左有出入,所以大小係問題.但魚翅味道被濃湯蓋左.食完後唔覺自己食過翅,$88 有米佬泡飯, 超鹹, 好重味精. 兩者的湯底都飲唔出有雞味, 而且特顯唔到魚翅味道, 真係懷疑係唔係老自號, 我地離係為食魚翅, 但食唔到魚翅味道覺得失望.

行行下見到... 見佢咁平所以試下佢d魚翅可能因為冇咩希望, 所以有驚喜!個湯好"濃", 多唔多味精我就唔多知啦.. 但都幾好食..但係佢樓上真係迫左少少! 下次有機會都會同朋友去食下.,. 平平地食個魚翅都唔錯吖最後我買左外賣返香港.. 覺得加水再煮好食D..

個湯好"濃", 多唔多味精我就唔多知啦.. 但都幾好食..

但係佢樓上真係迫左少少! 下次有機會都會同朋友去食下.,. 平平地食個魚翅都唔錯吖

最後我買左外賣返香港.. 覺得加水再煮好食D..

譚家魚翅在氹仔區新店開張,主打魚翅/海味品類;竟然,翅食最便宜的廿元也有交易!!...他們所用的石鍋器皿,存熱高,即使放置若干時間,高湯仍保持高溫.石窩中鮑翅($55):高湯底很重,重得令我有點懷疑,味道挺濃郁;魚翅的份量亦算當,如何都有群翅的模樣!!砂窩細鮑翅($20):高湯底的味道與前者一模一樣,魚翅明顯少量很多;介於翅碎或近翅骨部位的魚翅,順帶一提,就算下醋淨喝湯底也會鹹得很,拌白飯吃才剛剛好!譚公海參魚鰾($68):魚膘經過油炸步驟,本膠質很重魚膘反而變得爽口不會膩;也沒有腥味,但冬菇的處理就不好了,炆得火侯也不夠..
