今次去澳門玩,順便試咗間葡式餐廳老店——蕃茄屋,聽聞佢哋 平價又有傳統葡國風味,睇下係咪真係有水準!🥔 葡式薯茸焗馬介休(MOP$94)薯蓉細膩幼滑,調味唔會過鹹,馬介休嘅鹹香滲入薯蓉裡面,鹹香濃郁又唔會搶味,整體味道平衡,口感綿密👍🏻🥩 葡式咖喱崩沙牛腩配咸麵包(MOP$92)牛腩 燜得夠淋,完全吸收咗葡式咖喱獨特風味!🍛 葡式咖喱 帶微微辛辣,混合淡淡椰香,同印度或泰式咖喱唔同,冇咁濃烈香料味,反而有種溫和嘅醇厚感。麵包微微帶鹹味,沾埋咖喱汁食特別惹味,比單食更好味!🥬 葡式炒雜菜(MOP$56)炒雜菜用咗 酸酸甜甜嘅茄汁調味,但椰菜偏硬,冇咩特別驚喜,感覺較普通整體嚟講,呢間葡國菜算係價錢親民,味道不過不失,馬介休同葡式咖喱算係有驚喜,如果想試地道葡國菜,又唔想去貴價餐廳,蕃茄屋都係個不錯嘅平民選擇,可以一試! continue reading

今日因為同親戚走左去澳門,所以試下呢間葡國菜。環境比較狹窄,但係有兩層樓。當時叫左6-8人餐($799),超有澳葡菜特色。當時叫左葡國雞,非洲猪頸肉,馬介休球,咖哩牛腩,蕃茄抄長介休蛋等等,食物非常特同猪勁肉色。當中非常推薦牛腩,馬介休球,馬介休抄飯。牛腩超有澳葡甜咸特色,外加少少辣味,同蒜蓉包一齊食,超香香料味。馬介休球外脆內軟,餡裏面薯容軟滑,裡面仲塞左馬介休,超香咸魚特有海鮮味。就算係抄飯,都非常有咸魚味。猪頸肉喺用通話才特色版嘅非洲汁去焗,發現味道係會辣辣地同香花生味。總之,食物極具特色,價錢比較其他葡國餐廳來講,超級親民。 continue reading

嚟到澳門當然唔少得要食返餐葡國菜啦🤣因為人生路不熟,所以我哋就咁係Google Map搵吓附近有咩食,咁喎就搵到呢間鋪。唔嚟到都唔知原來呢間經鋪都幾高人氣,星期日既8 9點都仲好多人排隊。今次叫咗佢既H餐,包咗薯絲炒馬介休、咖哩崩沙牛腩、3樣包同飯同埋木糠布甸,我哋自己再加咗份阿里巴巴雞扒。我覺得最好味既係薯絲炒馬介休,薯絲好幼細,所以好香脆,配埋馬介休呢種咁鹹香既配料真係好好送飯🤣但牛腩就唔係舊舊都咁淋🫣但咖哩味都幾香濃,可以一試。阿里巴巴雞扒有大量肉醬同芝士🤣平時鍾意食焗豬扒飯既人都可以試吓🤣 continue reading

樣樣都好吃,連炒雜菜都唔錯。 崩沙腩真係崩沙腩的部份,是有筋、肉和油花的鬆軟部份,不是普通牛腩,有趙口。一鍋有十多塊,不像香港的只有幾塊,我們一行7人,我吃了4塊,各同伴也有吃。咖喱偏咸,加埋麵包啱啱好。焗飯也不錯,豬扒和雞扒經過高溫在爐烹製後,依然Juicy .能吃到炸豬扒的鬆鬆質感和豬味。反而木糠布甸叫人有少少失望,似奶凍多於布甸,各人口味不同,我更喜歡像雪糕的質感。炸薯仔馬介休最有驚喜,有點似螞蟻上樹下次可以再來,一定要再來。 continue reading
