今日因為同親戚走左去澳門,所以試下呢間葡國菜。環境比較狹窄,但係有兩層樓。當時叫左6-8人餐($799),超有澳葡菜特色。當時叫左葡國雞,非洲猪頸肉,馬介休球,咖哩牛腩,蕃茄抄長介休蛋等等,食物非常特同猪勁肉色。當中非常推薦牛腩,馬介休球,馬介休抄飯。牛腩超有澳葡甜咸特色,外加少少辣味,同蒜蓉包一齊食,超香香料味。馬介休球外脆內軟,餡裏面薯容軟滑,裡面仲塞左馬介休,超香咸魚特有海鮮味。就算係抄飯,都非常有咸魚味。猪頸肉喺用通話才特色版嘅非洲汁去焗,發現味道係會辣辣地同香花生味。總之,食物極具特色,價錢比較其他葡國餐廳來講,超級親民。

樣樣都好吃,連炒雜菜都唔錯。 崩沙腩真係崩沙腩的部份,是有筋、肉和油花的鬆軟部份,不是普通牛腩,有趙口。一鍋有十多塊,不像香港的只有幾塊,我們一行7人,我吃了4塊,各同伴也有吃。咖喱偏咸,加埋麵包啱啱好。焗飯也不錯,豬扒和雞扒經過高溫在爐烹製後,依然Juicy .能吃到炸豬扒的鬆鬆質感和豬味。反而木糠布甸叫人有少少失望,似奶凍多於布甸,各人口味不同,我更喜歡像雪糕的質感。炸薯仔馬介休最有驚喜,有點似螞蟻上樹下次可以再來,一定要再來。

牛坑腩夠淋夠軟身,雖然用個煲上菜,但完全唔熱,啲咖哩汁唔辣,好快變杰,附送的豬仔包不食也可,又乾又柴。

如果行到攰,諗唔到食乜,呢到坐得舒服,價錢公道,但味道可以更好。

四大一細有bb車,我同佢講bb訓緊覺收唔車,佢就話有車要等六人枱,ok,等嘅期間有個廚房佬無啦啦走過嚟話bb車唔可以拎入去,講真,其實一開始唔比車入,點解你又要我地等六人枱?又唔貼張紙係門口列明?好啦,前面嗰枱五個人你地叫其他食客調位讓比佢地,但到我地嗰陣就話無位要等,明明現場好多人都係兩個人坐六人枱都唔肯安排調位,一句到尾,見你有bb車唔想做你生意!唉,企係出面等成半個鐘,到最後都覺得佢地服務態度太趕客走左!呢啲咁樣去歧視小朋友嘅餐廳,唔知你地係咪所有員工都無家庭無囝囡嘅呢?生意唔係咁做㗎!

因為味道唔算好正宗,只係用左葡式既材料,所以單純想食葡國菜係可以一試。就好似我之前食過薯蓉焗馬介休以及白油炒蜆,味道係唔錯既。

可惜今次試既馬介休炒雜菜,馬介休同葡式腸份量雖然多。但佢推介既阿里爸爸焗雞扖飯,味道係芝士葡汁雞飯,飯底係白飯,個人覺得某連鎖店既焗豬扖飯好食多了,不值一試。就連佢推介既蜂蜜薏米露都只係有薏米,無咩蜂蜜味。

小生第一次去澳門遊行,一心打算試一下葡國菜,所以中午在遊客區見到這鋪頭的分店就跟著指示走到總店。當小生想好點午市菜單首位的「阿里巴巴焗雞扒飯」和「桂圓薑母茶」後,就向一名女侍應點菜。但她回應「等陣」後,就完全忘了小生要點菜。之後小生向一名男侍應點菜,男侍應竟然問「今日星期幾」。過了良久,焗飯上菜。另一名老男侍應上菜後好心提醒「小心熱」。小生吃過後,感覺是芝士加番茄醬焗雞扒飯。好吃是好吃,但好油膩,吃過後都不想其他東西了。所以整天澳門遊行就只吃了這餐。

小生第一次去澳門遊行,一心打算試一下葡國菜,所以中午在遊客區見到這鋪頭的分店就跟著指示走到總店。
當小生想好點午市菜單首位的「阿里巴巴焗雞扒飯」和「桂圓薑母茶」後,就向一名女侍應點菜。但她回應「等陣」後,就完全忘了小生要點菜。之後小生向一名男侍應點菜,男侍應竟然問「今日星期幾」。

過了良久,焗飯上菜。另一名老男侍應上菜後好心提醒「小心熱」。小生吃過後,感覺是芝士加番茄醬焗雞扒飯。好吃是好吃,但好油膩,吃過後都不想其他東西了。所以整天澳門遊行就只吃了這餐。

眾所周知!澳門的葡國菜餐廳都係偏貴,但食物質素未必成正比。亦有好多都係名大於實,所以出街食飯都係碰運氣,多人鐘意亦未必好食,只有自己親身體驗先係最真實,往往不抱期望,便不會有太大的失望。這個薯茸並非想像中好食,只係混有馬介休及忌廉的薯茸,味道不算突出,我覺得炸的馬介休應該會比這個好食。葡國雞配有一些雞件、薯仔、切片腸仔等食材及面頭灑了一些芝士粉。它的汁味道還好,適合配上白飯進食,但白飯的份量唔多。蒜茸包算係唔錯既,有濃濃的蒜香及牛油味,熱辣辣。木糠布丁應該係最出色,布丁有濃郁的奶味,不會過甜。以澳門的葡國菜來講,蕃茄屋算係比較抵食,但整體既味道不算突出,以佢既定價算係咁。

這個薯茸並非想像中好食,只係混有馬介休及忌廉的薯茸,味道不算突出,我覺得炸的馬介休應該會比這個好食。葡國雞配有一些雞件、薯仔、切片腸仔等食材及面頭灑了一些芝士粉。它的汁味道還好,適合配上白飯進食,但白飯的份量唔多。

歸納我睇到嘅就係: 澳門人好少會去食,大部分係遊客💺,抵食👍,好食😋。

After a tiring day of sightseeing in Macau, it was lovely to sit down in Tomato and enjoy their quality Portuguese food. We had a couple of Bacalao dishes (traditional Portuguese dishes based on dried cod) and some great potato wedges. I would recommend anyone to dine here during a trip to Macau.

個名太威了,實在冇辦法視而不見。
其實就是「蕃茄焗雞扒飯」,還加了芝士蕃茄醬入口酸甜,雞扒也算嫩口。你話特別就冇咩特別喇~但就是直球式的好吃,學生哥和地盤大哥都會Like的口味。
不過吃完都不知和阿里巴巴san有什麼關係……老闆大大,幾時開估?

通常這一道菜呢,薯絲和馬介休是撈埋一齊炒的。有些餐廳的做法(比如葡多利)是拌入蛋漿,質地比較濕潤。
這裡的是薯絲和馬介休炒蛋分開,上乾下濕,第一次見到這種玩法,而且講緊這裡只是飯堂格局呀!

薯絲聲稱是純手切,切成幼絲,新鮮炸起冇得輸。
吃的時候才任意撈埋底下的馬介休炒蛋,濕軟中帶有酥脆口感,不錯!
這個時候,會令人有一種想要加Ketchup的衝動……

這是這一餐唯一沒有跟「店家推介」點的菜。
本來我想,Heyyy間間葡菜店都有白酒炒蜆啦~應該好穩陣喇掛~點知……
我老細:「搞咩,冬瓜蓉煮蜆?」
對不起!是我天真是我傻!無啦啦幹嘛自把自為呢!這兜蜆的芡汁厚到可以Gel頭啦~

唯一優點就是份量不少,但一早煮熟待機的,加厚芡再煮一次,味道真是令人無言……

葡萄牙Sumol有汽果汁 Mop16
最後,來到澳門吃葡菜,不喝酒的話就絕對要試下呢款葡國汽水。重甜多氣,與重口味葡菜特別匹配,人工菠蘿口味,感覺最貼地。

連R哥都話想做代言人,免費飲足一世。Sumol CEO大大如果有興趣起用呢位男子做新一季宣傳,可以隨時聯絡我,啾咪。

咁Errrrr,作為本地人,覺得蕃茄屋怎樣呢?
