澳門打卡蛋撻 牛角包 - 八目烘焙Bamu bakery黎到門口已經見到一條長龍,排隊位置比較狹窄,側邊仲有車輛經過😶‍🌫️好彩唔係等咗好耐,7分鐘左右就排到我哋啦😙呢間就係澳門必試既烘焙店,當日好好彩試到最後一件覆盆子開心果牛角包,都好出名㗎,另外仲叫咗酥皮焦糖蛋撻😙酥皮焦糖蛋撻真係要趁熱食,表面好鬆脆,好似牛角包嘅皮,外皮就比較薄,可惜焦糖香就比較少😅蛋漿都好滑呀覆盆子開心果牛角包,放咗幾個鐘先食,又冇焗返先食,應該失色左😞開心果味冇想像中咁濃,不過中間係覆盆子,酸酸May May 嘅感覺中和返😂呢間唔算排得耐,所以CP值都高😂蛋撻比較吸引,有機會可以嚟試吓 continue reading

近期好hit嘅焦糖蛋撻!長期都有條人龍!不過就未至於要排好耐/好快賣晒✨酥皮焦糖蛋撻 $12外層好鬆脆,比bakehouse更多層次!不過蛋漿唔算好滑溜,蛋味都無bakehouse咁突出,我地就鍾意食bakehouse多啲~✨覆盆子開心果可頌 $38可頌橫切面幾靚,可惜無番熱唔太脆。覆盆子開心果醬餡唔算好多,莓味好人工,開心果味偏淡,完全比莓醬完全蓋過。可頌牛油味都好淡,唔建議~⚠️蛋撻要買6個或以上先會提供盒 continue reading
