來到澳門慶生🥳,同埋想在住既酒店附近食飯,我就揀左喺Morpheus入面既呢間Voyages by Alain Ducasse。相比起Alain Ducasse 既fine dining,佢仲開左呢一間相對地light啲同casual啲,由酒店lobby一上到去,再由reception帶入餐廳,感覺就去左一個有間好靚既屋既朋友度食飯咁🥰坐低左店員都好親切咁介紹餐牌,佢話呢度既食物其中一個賣點係可以畀同枱既人大家share一齊食。都幾好吖,因為一般西餐、fine dining 都唔係咁適合share😂 有一樣野好值得讚既,就係店員可以好詳細咁介紹所有前菜主菜,仲好清楚咁講埋佢地既份量,從而建議/不建議我地order邊樣,的確好體貼。🤗結果,前菜我地揀左洋蔥同香草牛油焗蝸牛🐌 – 洋蔥湯🍲入面除左有洋蔥之外,仲有浸淋左既麵包🍞,而且佢既湯一食就食到好重既肉味,我男友話似係用牛骨去煮,所以除左有好鮮甜既洋蔥味之外仲好濃郁,但又唔會好濟。蝸牛🐌既香草牛油真係好香,而且蝸牛既肉質好嫩,完全索哂D香草同牛油同蒜香味! 其實之前我都在法國住過幾年架,食蝸牛都食過十次八次,但無論自家製定出去餐廳,都食

結果,前菜我地揀左洋蔥同香草牛油焗蝸牛🐌 – 洋蔥湯🍲入面除左有洋蔥之外,仲有浸淋左既麵包🍞,而且佢既湯一食就食到好重既肉味,我男友話似係用牛骨去煮,所以除左有好鮮甜既洋蔥味之外仲好濃郁,但又唔會好濟。蝸牛🐌既香草牛油真係好香,而且蝸牛既肉質好嫩,完全索哂D香草同牛油同蒜香味! 其實之前我都在法國住過幾年架,食蝸牛都食過十次八次,但無論自家製定出去餐廳,都食唔到D肉質咁嫩既蝸牛🥰🐌呢個真係好食,而且價錢好合理! 份量做前菜都好好,唔會話太多,留返多D空間一陣食主菜。
至於主菜,我地就揀左店員推介既燒焗法國雞 🐥(半隻),同埋香煎帶子。另外加左薯蓉同菠菜做配菜。個燒雞無論色香味都係滿分咁出場! 佢放左係一個銅色的鍋去上桌,入面墊左大量既香草,令到隻雞真係好香,好似仲係塊田度跑緊!🐣🤣肉燒到剛好,有少少燶,但當你一切落去的時候真係見到雞肉好多肉汁,超juicy😍當你咬落去,更加食到雞肉既香但又混左D香草味落去; 法國既雞出名本身係脂肪比例少的,但佢既肉一D都唔鞋,真係估唔到佢點做到D肉咁嫩咁香! 店員仲話,如果人多既party可以叫一隻會更好,因為唔會開左邊令到雞保存得更juicy呀🥰😍呢個主菜配薯蓉🥔又係一絕,D雞汁撈落去同薯蓉一齊食好夾呀!!!😚其實個薯蓉本身已經好好食,因為佢真係好滑好綿,但食入口既時間又唔會食到奶同忌廉,只係feel到D薯仔好滑好香,所以証明D配角係唔會搶左主角既鏡,但又幫忙主角突顯到佢既優點,配合得好好!👍🏼👍🏼
另一個主菜香煎帶子 – 雖然份量唔多,但其實配埋個雞就剛好,因為雞同配菜既份量已好多,但又唔想只食一樣主菜咁悶,加呢個帶子就好好啦! 每一粒帶子既肉質又係好彈牙但好鮮甜,慢火煎香已好鮮味😋
由於慶生預先同餐廳訂左個鮮果撻🍰🎂但佢地都好體貼咁再送多兩客vanilla sorbet畀我地,而且個蛋糕都安排得好周到🤗呢個晚餐每一樣野都好到位,加上好貼心的服務,真係冇野可以彈! 絕對recommend呢間餐廳👍🏼😍
