今年生日病懨懨的,可能是因為前幾日上游泳課時有點着涼,加上之後仍不怕死的走去機場跑道看飛機升降時吹了點風的緣故。今早帶上美好的心情,大約12:30pm來到澳門的文華東方酒店,一旁的大廳沒有其他客人,我們被安排坐在靠窗的位置,落地玻璃窗可遠眺觀音像處飄浮的巨型黃色鴨子,想不到它也來到澳門了。可惜右邊有工程,圍板內盡是一片爛地,有點浪費了眼前的大橋海景。翻開餐牌,見這兒的中式點心選擇不多,所以我們改為吃西式的行政套餐,頭盤、主菜、甜品自選三道的話$348,多選一道頭盤的話則盛惠$448,雖然不包括餐飲,但平日可使用visa signature買一送一優惠,這樣很超值。點餐後,店員把麵包和牛油送來,軟硬鬆軟各有不同口味可選擇,而且可以加添。四月點的頭盤是63度慢煮雞蛋,這道菜的賣相非常漂亮。吊起來的透明玻璃碗,像空中樓閣一樣不真實,底部的原木墊板連着樹皮,那一圈圈的年輪特別有溫度,食材跟木材的顏色也非常之搭。作為主角的雞蛋被濃濃的芝士醬覆蓋,旁邊伴了一點羊肚菌和炒過的脆米,把蛋黃弄破,一口吃下去的話,感覺鹹鹹的很搭。蛋的底部其實墊了一片薄麵包,它巧妙地分隔了最底層橘色帶點南瓜味的菜根蓉。這絕

踏入四月這個月份,感謝許多朋友陸陸續續的送上祝福,想想也覺得窩心又好笑。四月之所以叫April,全因舊曆四月出生的緣故,如果按新曆計算的話,恐怕我要改叫做May了吧(笑)~
