由於睇見坊間推介,因此來時滿期待。環境不錯,一如所料當日食客爆滿,侍應及廚師均很有禮,食品選擇亦十分多。入座後,待應每枱都會放番支雪凍了的含水菓的清水,內有西瓜,蜜瓜,菠蘿等,由於我想信已浸泡了一段時間,水菓的菓汁已溶哂入清水,因此飲落有點甜味。這個很好喝,湯味濃郁,不油膩亦飲唔到有味精感覺。當日這個到21:00時已所剩無幾。乳豬皮無乜肥膏,個皮亦卜卜脆,好味!呢碟嘢之中,蝦係最好味,蝦有蝦味,又夠爽口新鮮。蟹鉗一啲味都無!蜆肉不過不失。魚生新鮮,可惜切得勁厚,可惜可惜...茶碗蒸 -- 好味,唔會將蒸水蛋個上湯較得好鹹,啲蛋又蒸得滑。中間係甜品,紫薯酥 -- 好味,炸得夠脆,甜度適中。最上面為火腿 -- 味道只是一般。四款雪條:上圖左起:士多啤梨乳酪、綠茶紅豆,下圖左起:芒果、朱古力無論邊款,都不太好味,無乜該款本身的味道帶出來,不吃也罷。下圖上方為椰皇 -- 很好味,頗滑又不太甜,表面焦糖係你去攞時個廚師才即席處理。薑汁梳芙厘 -- 去到counter落order時,廚師才去焗,搞掂就會通知你有得攞,因此一定唔會走哂氣塌哂。味道不過不失,由於薑汁味不濃。天婦羅 -- 見個廚師是一路

薑汁梳芙厘 -- 去到counter落order時,廚師才去焗,搞掂就會通知你有得攞,因此一定唔會走哂氣塌哂。味道不過不失,由於薑汁味不濃。

天婦羅 -- 見個廚師是一路炸住,所以唔會炸完後放得過久,因此個炸皮唔會腍pat pat,啲食材如蝦、紫薯等亦新鮮好味。

陳皮蒸魚 -- 很好吃,由於選用不太大條的魚,又火喉得宜,因此非常嫰滑,且一點腥味都無。

避風塘炒鮑魚 -- 鮑魚size 唔算大,難得咁煮法啲鮑魚都唔會好韌,亦唔會煮到好辣,唔錯。

龍蝦 -- 叫咗一次清蒸(唔記得影相),及一次蒜蓉炒。
清蒸嗰款已食唔到龍蝦味,
但清蒸煮去只會開邊比半隻,食落時都叫方便。
炒嗰款亦都食唔出龍蝦味,仲要斬到一舊舊,食起嚟仲麻煩。

上方為雲呢拿及朱古力新地 -- 很滑,味道不算很濃但亦可食出它的味道。
左下方的甜品,賣相都算吸引,但味道就....我唔識欣賞。
