數星期前到了澳門「喜來登 (Sheraton) 金沙城中心酒店」兩天今趟旅途第一點,就是體驗在酒店旁邊的燒烤晚餐,主打傳統葡國燒烤,再加現場樂隊演奏,面對露天的月光,不就是「月半小夜曲」了嗎?這晚天氣炎熱,先來了一杯 Sangria,吃些沙律聽聽音樂:頭盤方面,在自助吧枱上有一大堆如山高的凍海鮮,波士頓龍蝦、花甲王、藍青口、雪蟹腳、扇貝等齊齊報道。吃了幾款,我覺得波士頓龍蝦最甜美。來之前有心理準備主要是吃 BBQ,但說真其實其他食物也蠻多,有點意料之外。「地中海八爪魚」,像 carpaccio,軟熟鮮味:另外有甚少見的「葡式風乾火腿」:通常我們比較多吃西班牙或意大利的火腿,我覺得葡萄牙的比較像西班牙 Iberico Ham,始終是相鄰國家,飲食文化也互相影響及有點相似。部份頭盤隨影:進入直路,就是吃 BBQ 啦。「葡式烤乳豬」是眾人焦點之一,乳豬用了木炭慢烤12小時,再切件奉客,皮脆肉嫩肉汁也豐富。皮不是廣東式的「芝麻皮」,香脆就好。「燒牛扒」,在火光熊熊上炭燒,連骨烤,想吃多少成熟記得同廚師講。葡國人吃燒牛扒喜歡與「半熟卵」一同吃,吃的時候撈勻在一起:也可以下一些用白蘭地及蜂蜜調配的
