話說早於9月尾10月頭先幫襯左香港有名既自助餐 -- 自助山,點知食完真係中晒伏勁唔開心 (詳情請看https://www.openrice.com/zh/hongkong/review/完全垃圾-千期唔好試-e2886939),朋友就whatsapp 叫我試下呢間,話保證笑返喎。先講冷盤:正路既冷盤海鮮、Cold Cut、壽司同刺身當然唔少得,味道質素都OK啦。食完唔會鬧,唔食無所謂。反而無生蠔係令我有少少意外同失望~!熱食:選擇都算多,豬扒、豬仔骨、牛肋骨、羊架都可以即叫即燒,而且燒完出黎係好味咖喎! 唔似其他酒店燒完出黎唔好味,所謂既即叫即燒只係Gimmick。而且佢仲有乳豬、燒鵝、好味足料中湯、Kebab同咖哩等等,可以話係中、西、日、中東、甚至乎印度既食物都有。食物質素Overall都唔錯,至少試完你係會想再出去拎多次黎食。主打海鮮:對於鍾意食中式海鮮既我來說,呢間的確係近年自助餐界入面最正既一間,沒有之一。原因係佢有不同食材,不同中式煮法去烹調海鮮。主要海鮮食材有魚、鮑魚仔、龍蝦、蜆、蝦、蟹、魷魚;烹煮方法就有避風塘、薑蔥、上湯、豉椒等等 (詳情睇相啦,仲有其他10種方法)

先講冷盤:正路既冷盤海鮮、Cold Cut、壽司同刺身當然唔少得,味道質素都OK啦。食完唔會鬧,唔食無所謂。反而無生蠔係令我有少少意外同失望~!


熱食:選擇都算多,豬扒、豬仔骨、牛肋骨、羊架都可以即叫即燒,而且燒完出黎係好味咖喎! 唔似其他酒店燒完出黎唔好味,所謂既即叫即燒只係Gimmick。而且佢仲有乳豬、燒鵝、好味足料中湯、Kebab同咖哩等等,可以話係中、西、日、中東、甚至乎印度既食物都有。食物質素Overall都唔錯,至少試完你係會想再出去拎多次黎食。

主打海鮮:對於鍾意食中式海鮮既我來說,呢間的確係近年自助餐界入面最正既一間,沒有之一。原因係佢有不同食材,不同中式煮法去烹調海鮮。主要海鮮食材有魚、鮑魚仔、龍蝦、蜆、蝦、蟹、魷魚;烹煮方法就有避風塘、薑蔥、上湯、豉椒等等 (詳情睇相啦,仲有其他10種方法)。咁你可以試一D之前有諗過,但唔捨得試既做法。例如我自己就試左避風塘炒龍蝦、豉椒炒龍蝦同埋薑蔥炒龍蝦….平時食龍蝦唔係芝士就上湯,我真係未聽過有人會叫「豉椒炒龍蝦」,詭異程度同「豉汁蒜橙」其實差唔多,但原來食落都好好味。所以晌呢度你可以發揮晒你自己既想像力去配搭點樣煮海鮮喇~! 呢一Part除左食物質素之外,因為佢既創意我覺得真係要俾滿分Mezza 9~!

甜品:試左某幾款,食落都OK。女士們如果鍾意食甜頭的話,可以預留少少空位,食埋個甜品先叫完美呀。

服務:個個員工都係微笑住咁serve你,其實點先搵到呢D員工或者點樣先訓練到呢D人出黎….? 頂級呀!

總結:呢間野食物質素算好,同埋真係好抵食~! 圍起$700港紙一位就可以試一D如果你唔晌任食既地方試,你就一世都唔會試既食物配搭 (椒鹽龍蝦/ 美極龍蝦你會唔會晌三聖/ 流浮山試?) !! 抵到我直頭計劃緊去多一次,希望到時質素維持到就夠~!

最後,對比起香港間巴巴閉閉要兩個月前Book既自助山真係一流對九流,除左食物質素之外呀,當自助山仲係serve緊濃縮橙汁 (都痴咖~! $750 serve濃縮橙汁...!?) 、用D舊式熱水保溫盤既時候,Mezza 9已經用緊保溫盤、自動榨原個橙汁機了….邊間有誠意、邊間值得去,高下立見~!
