石窩中鮑翅 ($55)、黃燜大排翅 ($48)上年試過幾抵食,今次响福隆新街店再試,味道仍然,適合鍾意較濃味嘅人士。不過份量就少過上次D,係咪個別店舖問題呢?無論如何總比“添發碗仔翅美食”好得多,連附近咀香園的伙計都這様說:「想食平翅去添發啦,想食好D不如加多廿蚊常幫襯譚家魚翅啦,好食好多……」鮑羅萬有($98)上次試過聚寶佛跳牆,今次試下鮑羅萬有,可能因為有菜啦,鮑羅萬有無佛跳牆咁漏,可能係有菜啦!但係我都係鍾意杰杰地嘅佛跳牆多D。孖寶曰本干鮑+鮮鮑($138)老實講安記嘅即食干鮑好食好多。同一時間試勻干鮑、鮮鮑的確幾得意,干鮑啜牙煙韌;鮮鮑就爽得好似雞脾菇,分別都幾大。而我最欣賞嘅反而係D茨汁,用來浸芥蘭比原來的翅湯芥蘭($18)更和味。

鮑羅萬有($98)

上次試過聚寶佛跳牆,今次試下鮑羅萬有,可能因為有菜啦,鮑羅萬有無佛跳牆咁漏,可能係有菜啦!但係我都係鍾意杰杰地嘅佛跳牆多D。

孖寶曰本干鮑+鮮鮑($138)

老實講安記嘅即食干鮑好食好多。同一時間試勻干鮑、鮮鮑的確幾得意,干鮑啜牙煙韌;鮮鮑就爽得好似雞脾菇,分別都幾大。而我最欣賞嘅反而係D茨汁,用來浸芥蘭比原來的翅湯芥蘭($18)更和味。
