小孩都愛吃腸粉,不過這 芹香叉燒腸粉 Steamed rice flour rolls with barbecued pork and Chinese celery 實在來得太足料,靚貨叉燒幾乎要傾瀉而出了,會不會太抵吃了?要讚是廚子又巧妙加上適量芹菜,以致吃來不會膩滯,後來也吃光了的。

然後有一連兩款蒸餃:首先 燕液翠瓜海鮮餃 Steamed seafood dumplings with bird's nest and green squash 加了燕窩及翠玉瓜,清鮮得來份外健康又養顏;不過講美味始終是 殿堂蝦餃皇 Steamed shrimp dumplings,成品飽滿爽彈嫩甜,一客四件非常足料,識食妹吃了很多呢。

這裡的 南翔灌湯小籠包 Steamed Nanxiang Pork Dumplings 也份外精緻,每隻獨立有個小提籠,而且做得皮薄肉香,不過論多汁當然不及紅樓宴中的 蟹黃湯包,筆時又有點想念了~

最後一款 香檸蜜雞柳酥 Baked puff pastries filled with chicken fillet and lemon 則以清新的檸味出奇制勝,當然外層酥脆鬆化亦令滿意,結果不吃不吃又整條吃光!

以上點心散點價 MOP 48-38,我們絕對是 over-order,兩人來應點一份套餐再散點1-2份就好。飽到不行,兼要打包6-7件點心,但飯後除了敬送的清甜水果併盤,還貪心加點2款甜品!

沒法子,這裡甜點選擇豐富吸引,定價又不貴!婆婆點了 生磨杏汁撞蛋白 Sweetened almond cream with egg white (MOP 48),成品熱熨香濃、杏香依依,中間蛋白滑到不行,好好吃~

我這無可救藥的雪糕控,就點了 香濃朱古力餅配港式奶茶雪糕及焦糖香蕉 Soft chocolate cake served with Hong Kong milk tea ice cream and caramelized banana (MOP 55),成品以三件頭形式上檯,造型又美,在此高級餐廳中只售55元實在很抵!

那朱古力餅不算香濃,只勝在質感濕潤,相比下香醇的朱古力片會更好吃;同上奶茶雪糕就柔滑又美味,另外焦糖香蕉在香甜軟熟中透出清脆糖脆,亦是佳品,整體都滿意收貨~
