The below reviews and items are a little mixed up between both visits. But anyway, what we found in general is that the 1st Visit had better varieties of Dim Sims than a later Visit. On the 2nd visit, the Special Dim Sims page was missing ~ so you're stuck with the original menu's items. However that's not to say its not good, there's just less options. The Roast Pork here is AMAZING. The Roast Pork here is AMAZING. Better than anything else by a big margin and Lei Garden's version is like kindergaarten compared to here, even Dynasty's version has no comparison.
Char Siu has 2 versions here. Made from Iberian Pork, the 1st visit's version was good but a little too sweet, little bit less tender. This 2nd version we got however was utterly amazing. Marination great, taste and texture great. Dynasty Wanchai and West Villa has nothing on this.
Cheung Fan's are amazingly good here, even the plate is pre-warmed. The 芋角 thing was done so well, without a drop of oil and inside also great.

OVERALL - THE DIM SIMS HERE ARE NOT AS PASTRY ORIENTATED AS SAY HK'S LUNG KING HEEN, WHICH TO ME IS WHAT MAKES IT APPEAL MORE TO MICHELIN. THE EXECUTIONS HERE ARE NOT TOO SOPHISTICATED EITHER ~ BUT SOMEHOW, IT ENDED UP BEING QUITE SATISFYING....
