I seldom go to western restaurant except on festivals, which maltes the Ritz Carlton Cafe a very exception. A four course meal costs only around $500, a reasonable price for classy food, it defintely worths trying.The meal started with some soft buns with crispy outside, then came with a fresh and vich lobster soup. The next course was scallop with caviar. The scallip was properly with vegetable and vich saurce, which instantly aroused my taste bud.
The main course was a steak covered with expensive blach truffle. The steak was not thoroushly cooked in order to make it tender.I was surprized by the mashed potato side dish. It was such a perfect matc with the steak that I could not help myself from eating it.
The dessert was also amazing- fresh fruits covered with yellow source. The food presentation was so beautiful and was really pleasing to my eyes! The taste of the dessert was sweet sour, which helped digestion and gave the whole meal a perfect ending.
The Ritz Carlton Cafe does not only have spectacular food, but also outstanding service. The staff there are all courfesy and attentive. Every customer feels warm by their service. I had a really wonderful experience at the Ritz Carltion Cafe and will definitly go again.
