Then I had my starter which is a form of mullet tartare “Black mullet marinated with citrus”. I enjoyed it way more than the beef tartare.

Main: Mussels ‘ā la marinère’. Good! Although 20% of the mussels can be cooked for 30 seconds more, it was uneasy to open the shell/ use the fork to pull out the meat.

Raw and cooked peach, framage blanc! I am never a big fan of dessert, but I finished it all! It was a great experience like unwrapping a birthday gift (the framage blanc was the wrapper paper, and peach sorbet was the gift)! Delightful presentation, color, taste, texture combination! Bravo
Btw I love the staffs there! Good service!
The lunch menu is changed every 2 weeks. I will definitely come back!
