Omlette rice is a favorite in Japan.
It also makes a good choice for childrens' lunch boxes.
Ingredient and Portion
egg 4pcs
sausages 3pcs
leftover rice 2bowls
corn, green peas
Seasoning
To prepare the fried rice:
chicken powder 1/2tsp
dark soya sauce 2tsp

To prepare the omlette:
milk 2tbsp
salt pinch
Method
cut sausages into dices;drain corn and peas well and reserve for later use.
Heat some oil, put in sausages. Add in rice and stir well with seasonings. Add in mixed vegeatables as well, and mix well. Remove from wok and set aside.
Beat eggs well with seasonings.Heat oil in pan, and pour egg mixture evenly in pan (circle shape). Put rice in middle when egg is HALF-SET,
and fold the omlette over the rice.
