cut sausages into dices;drain corn and peas well and reserve for later use.
Heat some oil, put in sausages. Add in rice and stir well with seasonings. Add in mixed vegeatables as well, and mix well. Remove from wok and set aside.
Beat eggs well with seasonings.Heat oil in pan, and pour egg mixture evenly in pan (circle shape). Put rice in middle when egg is HALF-SET,
and fold the omlette over the rice.
