Whole snapper fish is seasoned simply with black pepper and pan-fried. Simple yet delicous. Squeeze some lemon juice on top when serving to enhance sweentness and freshness of the fish.
black pepper 3-4 tbsp coarse salt 2tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil lemon juice
Method
Scale the fish, wash and wipe dry. Crack black pepper and combine coarse salt. Rub a little oil onto fish, and rub black pepper and coarse evenly onto fish. Heat a little oil in a non stick pan and fry fish in pan until both sides are golden brown.
