Whole snapper fish is seasoned simply with black pepper and pan-fried. Simple yet delicous. Squeeze some lemon juice on top when serving to enhance sweentness and freshness of the fish.

Ingredient and Portion
red snapper (or any other firm,white meat fish)
Seasoning
black pepper 3-4 tbsp
coarse salt 2tbsp
olive oil or vegetable oil
lemon juice
Method
Scale the fish, wash and wipe dry.
Crack black pepper and combine coarse salt.
Rub a little oil onto fish, and rub black pepper and coarse evenly onto fish.
Heat a little oil in a non stick pan and fry fish in pan until both sides are golden brown.
