It has been so long since the last time we went out to eat, ever since the pandemic situation in January until just recently, it has been very challenging to be sure that eating out is safe and acceptable. Given the situation has become more stable, we decided to finally eat out and try out this restaurant in North Point. This restaurant is located in the WorFu shopping centre and it is not hard to find, just in front of the escalator near the parknshop/fusion side. This restaurant is located in the WorFu shopping centre and it is not hard to find, just in front of the escalator near the parknshop/fusion side. We got there quite early during the lunch time around 12.30 and there weren’t a lot of people at all, and the tables are quite spaced out which was brilliant, given the current situation.
The fancy part was that you order by scanning a QR code that is located on the table, which will bring you to their website and you’ll be able to browse the menu from there and order with your phone. Everything can be done electronically and your food will just come to you!
We ordered the set lunch for the Spicy Beef Pot (牛肉麻辣香鍋) and the Sour Fish (酸菜魚) and an additional a la carte of the Spicy Chicken (川式口水雞). The set lunch comes with rice and the sour plum juice for free, or some additional costs if you like to have some other drinks.

The Spicy Beef Pot was really generous in portion with lots of other ingredients like lotus, black fungus, potato and bean sprouts on top of the beef and it was really yummy! The same goes with the Sour Fish which was also huge in portion and lots of veggies and fish in it. The Spicy Chicken was also very nice with very tender chicken and about half of the chicken served.
All in all a very nice place for Sichuan Style dishes and prices are very reasonable for the lunch set, given the portion with rice and drinks. Will definitely come back again if we crave for Sichuan food next time!
