Our Vday order was a very delicious black sesame and tofu mousse cake, decorated by pretty ruffles of whipped cream, and topped with genmaicha crispy rice and hazelnuts. Both the look and taste were divine, the cream was so beautifully scraped and it looked absolutely perfect. The black mousse cream was made with Japanese black sesame sauce that’s rich and smooth.
