I have tried their lunch and I am glad I was able to book their dinner again today.For starters we ordered Pani Puri and Sweet Potato. The flavors and aroma of the oyster blast through the Pani Puri when we had it in one bite.At the same time, the sweet potato is also a really lovely dish. 比起The Butterfly Room更難預訂既Chaat，佢成個月既吉位係一號朝早九點零五分內必定滿曬😲之前搶到既晚市堂食被逼取消，覺得唔心惜就再去個網站睇下，竟然比我見到佢放左四月所有紅日出黎，跟住輕鬆執死雞訂左😱位置比較隱蔽，係K11 Musea五樓既Bayfare Social隔離，不過去到發現個場佔地唔大，而且同場大部份食客都似酒店住客，估計真正放出街既吉位其實好少🫢整體食物都算幾啱我口味，有機會可以再訪😌▪️ Papadam （7.5/10）小食係薄脆片，配上酸中帶辣既醬，類似係百香果加上咖喱味，估唔到個醬又幾吊癮🤫▪️ Baked Samosa（8/10）💲168賣相成個雪糕筒咁，外皮似薄版既春卷皮咁酥脆，頂部有蔥花，而大樹菠蘿口感都整到同肉無異，再加上微辣既印度香料調味咖喱，配埋酸乳酪醬，比預期中惹味得多😛▪️ Chaat Tandoori（7.5/10）💲798呢個真係超級大盤肉，兩個人食飽到上心口🤣魚肉幾嫩滑，有清淡香草味🐟雞肉有少少乾柴，係普通黃咖喱香辣味🐔牛肉外表炭燒到好燶咁，食落有焦香，本身擔心入面嚡口韌身，不過出奇地好軟腍，帶有啲骨膠原既感覺😱反而最多人推介既羊

Finally managed to get a highly sought-after table at Chaat❗️Recognized as one of the best Indian restaurants in town and notoriously difficult to book.
